It took sometime to figure how to get the most accurate reading. Once you are able to set up it’s easier to use.

So far so good! I believe it gives accurate readings. It is easy to use. The display screen is large. I like the fact that you can save your past readings in the memory.

A real handy blood pressure monitor. This one is a keeper. Easy to use. And easy to read. It's also has Bluetooth capability so you can store some of your reading.

Everything works great. Couldn't get it to link Bluetooth but wasnt that important to me.

I have a different one that is from omron and i like it better that this one in my opinion it takes better readings

Hard to connect with Bluetooth. Finally got it to work, and it is good. Wrist is so much better for elderly.

This Beurer is the best way to learn. On how to monitor your blood pressure. Everyone can manage there health everyday. The Best add on. Is that you can download all your medical info on your cell phone. That came with a free App/ Health Coach. My wife realizing the new medication was causing irregular high blood pressure. After contacting the Doctor. My wife immediately stop taking the pill.

Excellent choice to carry around and check blood pressure

I received the Beurer - Bluetooth Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor, I have had it for a few days now and impressed with the device. I do find that the measurements are a little high compared to my other pressure cuff that is not portable. I am tracking around 120/72 on my home cuff and measuring around 140/85 on the portable cuff. I also notice that it seems to have a hard time reading the pressure and a couple of times I have had to remove it from my wrist because it kept apply more and more pressure. I think this device would be ok if you needed to always check your pressure on the go, easily portable, you could use it in a pinch and realize that it might read a little higher than normal. It does have some great features, Bluetooth compatible, the large display screen, able to store readings for two different people and then sync it to your phone thru their Health Coach app. The concept is great, with some adjustments it would be a great device. I haven’t figured out how to calibrate it and that might fix the pressure issues. i would recommend this, but with the cavoite of being able to calibrate it.

Once I figured out how to upload the results via bluetooth it worked great. Just make sure to follow the instructions on how to use it or you'll get wonky results.

I wanted a blood pressure monitor that I can take with me when traveling. This one works well and syncs easily with the app. Perfect for travel.

Beurer Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor BC57 I got this for my wife because she has to monitor her pressure regularly. I thought the size and case would be nice for traveling. She had a difficult time first opening the battery compartment to get the batteries in. When she did, she waited a few moments before she started to program it. She and I both felt the directions were not clear and difficult to follow. They are not user friendly. By this time the display had shut down and there was no way to get back to programming the device. The instructions do not discuss or offer any help. We figured out, you can remove the batteries and restart the programming OR we figured out you can hold the Power and the M buttons for 5 seconds. Using the device my wife liked the display, the light weight of the device, and the Velcro strap. The strap by the device has stiff plastic to help hold the strap in the curved position for easier strap placement. That was much better than another wrist device from another manufacture she has tried. This device also has plenty of Velcro to adjust and easily find a place to get it to stick for her small wrists. The results were mediocre. We compared readings to her full size over the upper arm device and for a couple of readings to another wrist device. The first day the readings were all lower on the Beurer but higher than the other wrist device. (Systolic and Diastolic). The second day, for some reason, the results were better but we still found the Beurer to read the lower number lower. Possibly our larger device is reading higher but it’s generally been consistent with the readings in the doctor’s offices. BP is never an exact science and there is going to be difference which is unfortunate. Pulse readings were all consistent between devices. I attempted to list all the BP readings here but formatting caused the numbers to run together. I will still try. Day 1 Beurer .........Other wrist device......... The BP readings seem to be inconsistent and I don’t know if I can trust them. The instructions are poor and not helpful. The setup can be challenging, especially for an older person with limited dexterity and the instructions are of very limited help. The battery cover is difficult to open. The travel case is extremely difficult to open once closed requiring a screwdriver or a nail file. I would not recommend this for a friend.

I got this as a gift for my mom. She uses it everyday and tracks what she needs for her doctor!
