This was exactly what my husband needed for his back spasms. There are so many optional programs as well as power levels. I look forward to using on a sore neck from cycling.

I've only tried the machine once and so far it is great. Helped my back pain immediately. I will be trying my ankle next. This product is great.

Great to use as a stim to help your muscle flex. This helped speed the process of recovery 10 fold. They did it in physical therapy and I did it while I was home.
