The TENS should work ok to provide some relief for sore/ tight / pinched muscles. Spent a little more for the ems option to try out but to expect it to do much for muscle stimulation or growth

It’s works. Little painful on skin when it’s on high, like being poked lightly with thousand needles, but that’s expected. Good muscle contraction. Battery lasts a long time.
