I wouldn't say I like to review products I bought before. This is my first time giving a review. I have been using this device for almost 2 1/2 weeks. This device has both EMS and TENS functions and provides enough options to choose from. I have used different options in TENS and EMS on myself, and so far, this device has provided good relief. Initially, I was looking for an FDA-approved EMS device. After researching, I narrowed it down to this EM 49 product since it stated in its product details that it is FDA-approved. The only one thing is the electrode pads do not adhere much after 2 1/2 weeks of use. (Each week, I use about 2-3 times, each time of use lasts about 30-45 mins.)

Ease of use, do the job. Only wished it was to have the pads storage plastic plate like other brands. For now I will use the provided one but definitely I need to find a solution how I use it every day. otherwise is a good product, much better then my previouse 2 pad omron one.

This product works very well and the difference settings are great. The pads take a while to lose stickiness. I’ve used the same ones over 10 times and they are completely fine this. Helps relieve pain much better than my old one. Definitely recommend.

I think that is the best pain relief tool that I ever bought I dropped that about 500 times still work well made can't show a photo you'll be looking at my buttocks

Great TENS/EMS Device

Looked at a number of TENS devices before deciding for the Beurer EM49. Really happy with the User Experience of this model. The menus are easy to navigate and there are multiple programs available (both pre-programmed and user-programmable).

I did not have good results from this product. Possible thatbis was not the right product for my pain issue. It had nothing to do with Best Buy. They were terrific!
