Had stock boston acoustic sub went bad bought this one sound great for the price don't was your money buying expensive one

Appears to be well constructed and the auto on features works well. I added this to a pair of PSB Alpha B1 speakers. After making adjustments I did have improved bass but not the amazing difference claimed by many audio experts.

Bought this to replace a Harmon Cardin woofer. Does a fine job and i can not tell the difference

This subwoofer sounds very powerful with very little distortion

I was going to get an 8" subwoofer because my room isn't that large, but I decided on this 10" model and I am very happy with it. It's heavy and well made. The speaker faces the floor and you can feel it when you really crank it up.

wasnt so sure how good it was becasue of price, 121.00 open box buy, but what a surprise.......it's awesome.

When this sub is stacked up against the others in its price range it trumps them all. After hearing the Polk PSW10 and how weak the bass was on that at 50 watt RMS I opted to go for as much as possible for my budget. 160 RMS watts really gives this thing some punch, I would almost compare it to the Klipsch 350 sub (150 watts RMS) which has very similar specs at a much higher price. It also features an auto on/off feature that seams to only kick the sub on when it is receiving a fairly strong signal from medium to high volume. This sub has all the adjustments you would need including a variable crossover, phase adjustments, volume and even a digital/Pro Logic selector. I am running it with a Denon receiver and Polk TSi series speakers and they really all seam to mesh well together. As for the frequency range I have been impressed with how low this thing can get and it never sounds sloppy always very controlled. The only real draw back to this thing is that it looks fairly unattractive, but you don't buy a subwoofer for decoration I suppose.

Based on salesperson recommendation, taking into account room size, other components and budget, he recommended this unit. Working well.

Best sub for the money no doubt! Who cares what we think? Just buy one and be amazed for yourself!

Right size for small areas and has good base output..

I've been updating my system and I just received my new subwoofer and I am very pleased with the sound. Took me a little while to get the sound I liked it but was well worth it. Took me five minutes to hook up and the size of living room we have, it more than fits the bill. My neighbor said they could tell when we got it. The price was great and didn't spend a fortune either. I would recommend this one to everyone.

As soon as I took it out the box I wanted to put it right back in! I hid it behing my front speakers and I could stil see it. Wasn't able to get the full sound because I didn't have enough power to push the woofer. So I took it back and downgraded to a 100 watt woofer and it works great!

I had to downsize from an awesome 7.3 setup to a bedroom setup. Hence why I chose the V1020 and could not be happier. I am now about 20-25 hours in on "breaking in" time and it keeps getting better. For under the 150$ mark it has to be in the top 5 subs. You won't be disappointed and works perfect in my 12x14 bedroom in a 5.1 setting.

I own a Samsung blue ray home theater system, the sub it came with sounds good, but I needed more bass! My cousin owns a plok 100 watts powered sub and he was telling me the bass is just not what he wants it to be. I came on bestbuy and did a little research and saw this sub. the first thing that caught my eyes was the price. I then read some of the reviews and I was really starting to like what I was seeing. My intension was to get a polk or JBL, but I took a chance and bought the BIC America and boy am I happy I did. its a great sub, if your looking for great sound, clear deep sound, do not get the top brand sub. Do yourself a favor and buy this product.

Amazing sub for the money. Went down from a JBL 12" that was louder than this one but over twice the money. It got blown and I didn't feel like breaking the bank so I gave this one a shot based on the good reviews. Those reviews were right. It's a superb subwoofer at a great price. It adds just what you need #and if you don't have a sub you don't know what you're missing# and the price is right. I won't necessarily rock your entire house, but it does what it's supposed to do. Highly recommended.

This is a great sub. I never heard of BIC until a short time ago. Not only do I have this sub, which by the way is a real wall shaker. I have this bad puppy downstairs and it rattles the windows in the living room upstairs. It was easy to set up. I also have a pair of their bookshelf speakers. I ordered them from here also. I also have their center channel the FH6 LCR. All of these speakers are top notch. I would definetly recommend BIC speakers and subs to anyone who wants a great quality speaker.

I've had other subwoofers before but this one is by far the best. Love the quality of the sound and the BASS is awesome.

This sub has amazing bang for the buck (no pun intended). It literally raddles the pictures on my walls. Good features like auto on/off and the ability to hookup even if your stereo/receiver does not have a sub output. Goes toe-to-toe with any high end sub out there.
