I did a couple of months researching subwoofers before purchasing this one. The BIC F12 has been around for years and is rated as one of the best subwoofers you can buy for around $200.00. You can believe all of the good reviews. This sub sounds great, I have it paired with my Klipsch reference book shelf speakers. The lows are nice and clean with no muddy sound to them. It is great for movies and gives very natural sound. It also is great for music. We listen to everything from jazz to heavy metal. And it sounds great. Don't be afraid to purchase this sub it is worth the money.

This is a great subwoofer for the price point. It has the ability to interface between your mains or run from a RCA cable direct from you amp (If amp is equipped). Its quite powerful as I have the volume at about 40%.

This sub is amazing! It is very powerful and hits hard and clean. For the price it is also a great value. It's capable of competing with subwoofers that cost hundreds of dollars more.

Dollar for dollar the best most responsive sub I’ve experienced. Can be more than needed if not adjusted right but when correctly set, well, I’m a bass player and it exceeded my expectations.

A good sub woofer at a really great price, sure there a better sub woofers out there but not at this price, its perfect for movies and pretty good for music and in a lot of respects better then the Definitive Technologies Mythos sub woofer from 2006 that its replacing. Also the pick up experience from Best Buy was good, very quick and efficient.

I am very happy with this sub and I would definitely recommend it. For this price range it can't be beat in my opinion. Sound is getting even better as it breaks in. Settings and adjustments should be set for each individual setup to get the most and the best out of it.

This sub-woofer is a phenomenal value that brings clear impact full bass to our home. This is our 1st sub-woofer we have owned and it has really gave us a true cinema experience.

Added this sub to my 7.2 system, replacing a 10" Sony and am very pleased with the purchase. Performance is at it's best for this price range subwoofer. Build quality is also excellent.

The reviews on this sub are pretty on point, it has nice and deep frequencies to keep up with todays ATMOS soundtracks. Its volume scale is 1-10, I had to set mine on 2.5 because the output is that powerful, and I may lower it to 2, however still testing settings for it. The price point is right for me, and I am using a Sony - 7.2-Ch. with Dolby Atmos 4K Ultra HD A/V Home Theater Receiver to power my speakers. Sounds GREAT! Now this is a 3 day old system, so only time will tell how good it really is.

I have big game room. The addition of this BiC America subwoofer added to the fun of having parties without going too noisy And playing video games.

I bought 2 of these subwoofers for my 7.2 home theader and im very surprised with how clear and crisp thay are not to menton how powerful thay are as well. When there is explosions during the movie I'm watching you feel it . Don't waste your money on more expensive subs buy this one you will be impressed

Easy to install well made, although not the product pictured here. This one is a paper cone. You will hear sounds you have never heard before. You will shake the house with this on low. Boom boom boom never sounded so good!

Unlike other "entry level" subs, this BIC model performs like subs costing twice as much. It still has some limitations when viewing dynamic videos, but the BASH amp application, and the venture port help make this sub a no-brainer in the price range it's in. So nice not to have to endure :port "port slapping" that plague other, underpowered subs. There are a lot of reviews out there comparing this with the Polk 505 sub. They're both good, but I think the BIC is noticeably better. Buy it and enjoy!!!

I bought this match with my BIC America Formula SoundBar and honestly think much about it; however, this sub rocks. I currently only have the subwoofer on power 3 and it BOOMS. Crisp bass for a ported subwoofer without being too boomy. Would highly recommend for a beginner home theater sub.

The performance of this BIC speaker is phenomenal for its cost. Real value for an excellent product. I can rock the house with this baby. No distortion even at too high volume.

This sub is literally the best bang for your buck. It produces clean strong lows and has plenty of power. I like it so much than I'm considering adding another one.

Have had this sub for a short time. Bought it to replace a Boston Acoustics Sub that failed at 3yrs old. No part avail for the Boston sub so had to buy a new one. I tried to communicate with Klipsch for their subs but they took over 2 1/2 weeks to respond to a basic question. BIC people were very responsive and helpful. SO I BOUGHT THE BIC unit and so far i am very happy. Lets see how long this one lasts.

This is a solid sub without spending a ton of money. I did a lot of research before buying this sub from Best Buy. Most of the research I did and the various ratings were very positive for a sub in this price range. While it will not deliver the lows that some much more expensive subs do it provides adequate lows for my large open concept great room. I don’t think I personally could take much more. Best Buy had the best price that I could find. I did purchase this online but the fact that they are brick and mortar, which I prefer for this type of purchase just in case of issues, made a difference as well.

Amazing for price and sound for a 12” sub.You can definitely feel the vibrations from the soundtracks definitely a high end speaker at a low price.Thanks BIC!!
