    Ordered 3 Big Boss Air Fryers for Christmas presents. One was faulty in that the Fan did not work. Returned to Best Buy for Refund. The other 2 are working very well.

    I purchased this air fryer as a gift for my wife. We used it for about a month, then it completely stopped working. No idea why. I turned off in the middle of making french fries and will not turn back on. She's tried calling the number on the warranty card, but the automated call-in system does not have an option for what we need and when she leaves a message, no one returns the call. Other than that, we love it.

    I have owned Big Boss for a month. I have use it 10 times. The most valuable features for me are the large size, ability to cook without using oil, and unlike an oven, not heating up my apartment whenever I cook. I like the Big Boss over other fryers because of its large size, food is visible while cooking, easy to clean/use, and low wattage/amps usage. I suggest checking online videos posted by users to confirm this review. It is a very good product for the price and I have recommended Big Boss to others.
