Good product wish there were heavier components but would buy again

not like the arcade machine. the aim sucks compared to my real big buck hunter i bought used from a closing var auction. I had hoped I could get this and see the other one as this has more hunter games than the base arcade one but never again. the problem is the guns were designed for CRT screens not LCD so the aim is off by more than 1 MOU or 1 inch for those that don't understand. Honestly I meant to return it but missed the 60 day cut-off because I was out of town for work and frankly best buy didn't care.

Glitches here and there but overall worth the price

Hours of replay fun! Lazer guns very accurate. Two player competition is a blast! Definitely recommend!

Guns stopped working after about 3 months, have tried contacting arcade1up and they havnt responded to 3 different emails. Horrible

One of the guns broke just a few days after the grandkids got it from Santa for Christmas. For the price the guns should have held up a lot longer then just a few days, It upsets me that this happened. Way to expensive for cheap made guns. No Santa wouldn't gift it again.

Gun stopped working almost immediately. Can't return to store, and Arcade 1up customer service says they'll send out new guns, but they have no timeline on when they will be in stock. Buy this if you want your kids to be upset everyday their big Christmas present doesn't work.

One of the guns broke in just 2 months. I had Total Tech Warranty but had to pay another $79 fee just for them to look at it. Ended up that they could not repair, so I got an exchange only. Praying the next one lasts longer.....

Amazing! So much fun, takes everyone back to 80's-90's arcades

Bought it for 3 weeks and the unit stop working and stuck on loading screen forever. Best Buy only offer 14 days return on this unit. Luckily, I had plus membership so it was covered for 60 days. so be very careful when buying this type of products.

The sighting if the guns is way off and I have not been able to get this corrected.

I have had my machine for 5 weeks. It worked very well at first and was fun. Then after 5 weeks the green gun stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and sent them a video of the non working gun. They then had me reset the machine. Now the machine seems to glitch and now the orange gun works only half the time. They said they would send me a new green gun. Now after having additional problems they have stopped replying to my emails. The machine is no longer playable after only 5 weeks of gentle use. Very saddening.

We love this game! My son and I play a round every night. Easily remove the Big Buck Hunter girls in settings btw. Ours is in our vacation cabin. I’d add a pic but iPhone photo stream won’t let me!

I'm really glad I purchased this item. It is a lot of fun and really enjoyable. It is another addition to my game room that my friends and family can enjoy!
