    We ended up returning this item because the design is not optimal for a bathroom closet. Instead, we purchased a bidet that is installed under the toilet seat. This is a far superior design.

    I Think the 1 I initially got may have been damaged somehow, I had to return it, but the second 1 I bought for my moms house works GREAT
