So far so good! The closest you can get to actually being in Japan. During testing, the oscillating turbo clean on the unit makes a grinding noise, didn't make that sound initially, not sure if I'll need to exchange. But love everything else about this seat.

The installation was very easy, anyone can do it with the proper tools. I had it up and running in about 25-30minutes and i am not superbly handy. The remote is pretty simple and the controls are easy enough to learn. The nice thing is it is user specific, you can have it programmed per user 1 and user 2. The versatility of the cleaning want is very adjustable as is the water pressure. There is a setting for everyone. The temperature control of the water and the seat offer 5 settings and it is very comfortable and relaxing. The temperature of the seat is very nice and it ehats up the seat evenly all over. The fan does get a little hot so be careful with the heat setting on the fan. The last thing is the design, it is contemporary enough to go with nice new toilet designs and as far as bidets go it will never be a nice slender seat but it is nowhere as thick or high as the previous models. The only knock i can give it is the cord length, for a add on bidet the cord should be long enough to run along baseboard or thru a wall if need be...they should make it 6- 8ft, i think it is a little short. And YES, you do get a very clean feeling afterwards that last all day!!

with the price we paid it does what it says. It is nice to have warm water to use. The bad part is the water tank takes up too much space, reducing the access for males when seated. This might fit an elongated toilet better.

This is now my favorite seat in our home! The heated seat feature is amazing year round! This bidet will clean you and completely change your life when it comes to feeling clean. I wish I could have one installed in every restroom I use on this planet!!

Love it! Easy hook up, lots of settings. Water heats up fast. I wish the female setting was a little further up. The personal settings is a little odd to set up but directions clearly walks you through the steps. Love it!

Bought this on a deal of the day, and there hasn't been a single day that I have regretted this purchase. Easy installation, easy use. Not sure how I've gone without a bidet for all these years.

After some research I bought this bidet and I am very pleased. I was easy to connect and everything functions perfectly. Some of my favorite features are the seat warmer, warm water, and the air dryer. Wife loves it too.

Installation was easy. It works just as it says it does. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a bidet. This is the Cadillac of bidets.

Bought this for Christmas and now waiting on my husband to install it. So far I think it was a great price and very good features, I'd been looking for awhile and this seemed to have what I wanted without paying $500. I'll have to update my review once it's installed. Very happy to have found this at Best Buy because I appreciate the extra reward points I get with my Reward Zone credit card, I use it everywhere, it's my only credit card I own that's not linked to a checking account.

So upon installing, this does not fit my round toilet. I have 2.5 inches gap from toilet seat fixture holes to toilet tank & this does not fit. The website said I need a 1.75 inch clearance and I have more than that. I would say you need a 3.5 inch gap. Also, this does not compare to the ToTo washlet. The high pressure option on BioBidet is laughable and the massage option is just turning the stream on and off. Toto actually makes the water vibrate. The fan on this is laughable as well compared to Toto. Also, this thing sound like its thinking when pressing buttons and is pretty slow. I don’t recommend it if you know what a good washlet is like.

Bought both elongated and round seats. The round shape doesn't fit the toilet very well, I am ok with it.

Takes me back to Japan every time I poop. Ten out of ten.

We purchased two of these last month. Things have been working really well with them until recently. I’m not sure what happened, but anytime myself or daughter uses the bidet, it works just fine. But anytime my husband uses it, it won’t spray him. It comes on, and you can hear the water running, but nothing spraying him.

Works perfect as advertised. Was able to self install, feel like I am back in Japan.

Easy to install and Set up to use. Comfortable and convenient. Like it very much.
