The seat is heated, with controls so it is your warmth choice. The water is also temperature selectable. Easy to install if you have an outlet close by. That is what took the most time. Changing the seat....maybe 10 minutes. I am, once again, her hero.

I refuse to participate in the great toilet paper hunt of 2020 a second time. This model comes with an air dryer which completely eliminates the need to use your hand, with paper barrier, to clean yourself at the end of your void. I am happy with the product so far.

Especially if you have an active bladder and wake up in the middle of the cold night/ early morning to go, the warm seat makes you go back to sleep faster. Imagine how you seat and felt that chills in the morning because of the freezing toilet seat in the winter? You ended up having a hard time going back to sleep, this Bidet has a warmer on the seat and rinse you with water that you can control the temperature and do not irritate your privates because of the cold water, with the different cycle program helps you clean properly and drys you up too. It is really a whole different level of being clean. And it is an absolute help especially when you just had lumbar surgery, you do not have to twist your arm to clean yourself up makes the healing process faster!

I think it was malfunctioning, the seat was so hot on the low setting that you couldn't use it. There is also no light and the controls on the side are awkward to use.

They simply can't convey how wonderful this product really is. It's simply a must-have item. I was very reluctant to invest in such a purchase but it's one of the most rewarding I've ever made. This is truly a gift that keeps on giving. Definitely put this on your list.
