Wasn't happy with the unit I purchased. It seemed too noisy.

Put by my bed and felt worse in the morning than I had previously without it. Possibly due to winter and furnace. I'm hoping it will work in the summer with the ac on.

Fan is pretty good but filter gets dirty very quick

It seemed it would break or fall apart with the slightest accident. Just wasn't as effective as I had hoped.

it is loud!!! looks cool. but way to loud.. like a jet engine

I bought 2 of these for different rooms. I have 3 cats and a dog and the dust and hair this little machine filters out is incredible. On low you can't even hear it running.

My problem is that I have vacuumed the filter and cleaned it but the filter light won't turn off. Anyone else have this happen? Other than that I am happy with the air quality in mine and my sons bedroom.

I am a college student who just recently moved into my new apartment that is a little older compared my previous place. I kept waking up with terrible allergies. I was miserable and felt sick they were so bad. That day I went out and bought this purifier. I had a great night of sleep and woke up allergy free! The air feels better and I feel great. HIGHLY recommend this product. My bedroom is small. I keep it next to my bed and it does wonders. I never write reviews but this helped me SO much, I had to share the instant results.

This little air purifier is perfect for what I wanted it for! It fits right on my night stand and eliminates the allergies in my room! I share my room with two cats and before I got this I would have to keep my window open 24/7 to air the room out! NOW I DONT!

I liked this item but went and got an upgrade item instead

It's A Really Great Air Purifier. It's A Little Noisy But Not To Bad

I've actually had two of these air filters. They work well (quiet and unobtrusive) until the Check Filter light comes on. Then, no amount of vacuuming will get the filter clean enough for the light to turn off. I thought the first one was broken, so I got a replacement unit. However, the second machine is doing the same thing. Even the though the filter is "permanent" you have to replace it to get the light to turn off. Good luck finding replacement filters. There's only one place that I could find that sells them online and they are slower than molasses to ship the filters to you.

Great air purifier,i was looking for one for a decent price read some reviews on this one so decided to pick up this one its worth the money i can sleep better i hate having allergies!

Initially I was thrilled with this filter. It was relatively quiet, atheistically pleasing, and I noticed a big difference in the air. I've now had this unit a year and I am forced to throw it away. The permanent filter can only be vacuumed so much before it is rendered useless. It gets to the point where the filter gets plugged due to fine particles that the vacuum simply can't pull out. Washing it will further ruin it, and I can't find a replacement filter anywhere! Also the "night light" function stopped working after a few months. In the long run it is better to have a unit with replaceable filters that are easily sourced. I am now looking to buy a unit with replaceable filters that I can actually find.

Worked awesome until the filter light came on. Followed instructions in the manual to no avail with 2 different vacuums and 3 attachments. Called the 800 # in the manual to buy a replacement filter-Holmes says call back in 2-3 weeks. Then did some research only to find many similar reviews where people tried to clean, didn't get the filter light to go off, and problems with getting replacement filters-since 2016. Its going in the trash since I can't get the filter clean and cannot purchase a replacement.

Bought two of these at the same time. After 6 months one of them failed (fan started making a horrible noise) so I called the company. The first call they said they were going to do a warranty replacement. They took my e-mail and phone number and said they would contact me regarding shipping and tracking info. I didn't hear from them, so I called them back. They had me in the system, but no replacement was shipped. Again they said they were going to send out a new one and again they said they would provide tracking info, but they didn't. I did however receive the new product about a week later. Unfortunately it didn't work. No power at all. I tried multiple outlets and nothing. So again I call the customer service line and again they offer to send me a replacement, and again they said they would provide tracking information, and again I have heard nothing. The item itself seems to work ok. It definitely collects dust however having the fan on the bottom of the unit is unfortunate since it requires you to place it on a flat surface. The other units that I have all sit on the floor. They seem to be very cheaply made, not very solid at all. I really think for the cost you would be further ahead spending a few dollars more. I have the therapure in our bedroom and it's been fantastic. I found it on sale at best buy for around 99.00. One more thing, and it's not THAT big of a deal, but they refused to send me a return slip. They told me to keep the faulty units. Ummm no? Why? So I can pay to recycle them? Seems odd to me.

Unusable in a small room! Noise over powers the TV or Computer. It does look futuristic though. I returned the unit.
