the bird works great and is very fast. Only had it for a few weeks but everything seems to be working great. Easy to assemble and right out the box it is 40 percent charged. We decided to charge it all the way but that did not take that long. The app works great and paired it for the kids.

This was my first scooter (that i own, my gf had one that i used), and this one is nothing special, speed is good and range is "meh" at best, on the fastest setting it'll get you around 8 to 6 miles, i never used it on the slower setting.

Just ok. Missing lots of key features the completion has.

Great scooter via Bird. I had the previous version which had an external caged battery. While that one had a longer run time than this version it was no where as sleek design wise as this upgrade.

I purchased two of these and they will be 2 years in December. No longer charge. Bird website does not honor ang purchases not from their site. Best Buy also.

Sadly the app with this scooter is inferior, and more geared toward the Bird rental program. The Segway app on my other scooter is much better, and actually useful. Battery life is decent, and the build quality is good.

Battery charge didnt hold on the 1st new one we bought. We had that maybe 4-6 months. That was returned. We bought another new one and before the year was up the battery completely died.

Got this bike at a good deal and when it went on sale after Christmas was able to get a price adjustment. Overall great bike great value. Love that its compact and easy to use and put together.

Easy to maneuver, I like the way it looks. Adjustable speed settings are good for me. App is easy to install and use.

This a great scooter, goes fast, battery last longer, got it for my 16yr boy. Great quality

I took my Bird scooter out for a 5 min. Test ride it was feeling sturdy and built well! Then I decided to go to the grocery store and within the first 10 seconds at 16 mph my locking mechanism folded causing me to absolutely wipe out on the street and landed on my side.upon inspecting the locking mechanism I found that the only part "locking" the scooter in place was a very small piece of metal at the front withing the lining of the "safety-clip" I was shocked! If you have children DO NOT let them ride this I was very excited but ended up returning it and got a Galaxy Watch 4 to help me feel better. Have a great day P.S segway is far better and safe

Great fun here. Pretty fast too. Some top out speeds but I was doing 35 mph today. Made it up several surprisingly tall hills with no problem. Easy to Operate. Sleek. Super portable to throw in car/truck and take all over. Good for vacation. Good battery. No complaints at all. Buying a 2nd so we ride on vacations. I bought this one over others because I own the v frame bird bike.

Unfortunately, the score didn’t do what was said on the box. Breathy said it did 20 miles max on charge and in the box, it said 15.5 miles max. I had a fully charged brand new bird air that struggled to a 10 mile range and died. Really like the design and the feeling of riding but the charge wasn’t correctly stated.

Awesome scooter drives good very durable Charges fast, has headlight and rear flashing light for night rides
