Purchased this vacuum after moving to a smaller home with mostly hardwood floors. We have pets and this unit makes quick work of picking up pet hair. It also works great for doing the stairs. I would purchase this item again

We love this vacuum! It charged overnight and works great, I love that it is cordless AND the handles folds down for tiny storage spaces. Vacuum picked up hair (cat and human), lint, bits of litter, and potato chip crumbs (ahem) without a second sweep. Great for homes with area rugs, and a great deal for the price, I recommend this to everyone!

Very light and convenient vacuum. Only reason for a 4 star is because the battery runs out rather quickly. It works perfect for my small apartment but this would not last in a big house.

If you're looking for a compact, lightweight vacuum this is it, also versatile with the removable handheld vacuum option. However, I'm very unsatisfied with the low suction power. I have one short haired animal and I can only vacuum one room at a time before I have to empty the vacuum. I live in a one bedroom apartment. No cord is also great, but the charge does not last very long.

I have had my bissel for almost two months, and the suction power, it absolutely amazing. It picks up animal hair great! However, the battery is already bad in it. It will not charge and it's practically brand new! Would not recommend getting, unless you don't mind to buy another one shortly after.

This is not the best vacuum in the world but it serves its purpose. I just use it to vacuum up the stairs and it is lightweight enough.

Love this vacuum for my tile floors. Great for picking up dog hair and light and easy to use. Wish container was bigger, have to empty frequently but that's why it's light.

I like the brand. Good vacuum, but the only issue was the recharging system. It wasn't holding charge for long enough.

Works very well/ A dog and two cats means a lot of pet dander. I can vacuum my 1400sqft home on one charge and collect enough fur to build another cat. Love it.

Works great, light weight, easy to use, the pet connections work good on pet hair.

Easy to use, effortless to maneuver in tight spot and around furniture. Charges quickly and it's easy to remove the canister for handheld use on Furniture and corners of walls. It is also easy to Dump the Canister and keep Clean. It's Small for easy storage. It's only missing a way to hang it on a wall during charging. I have recommended it to all my friends with and without pet's.

Quick and easy to do that quick clean up. Light and can swivel to go under everything. Good job on this part.

This is a good little vacuum for the money. It does a good job of transitioning from bare floors to carpet. The bending handle is a great idea to get under tables. The vacuum is very light weight making it easy to use. The only down side is that it does not have as much suction power as I was hoping it would have. This isn't too big of a problem, but sometimes you have to go over areas more than once to get them clean. Again, for the money this is a good value.

I purchased this vacuum to help pick up pet messes. It worked great for the first month or so, but over the weekend, the vacuum would not shut off. Once we finally got it to turn off, we now can’t get it to turn back on! So frustrating as my house is mostly tile and it’s so much easier to use the stick vacuum than sweeping with a broom.

Nice and lightweight but the battery life is much shorter than my Hoover Linx. It does swivel a bit too much for me as it does bother my wrist. It is great for a quick pick up of dog hair which is why I got it.

Easy to use, very light, perfect for small to medium jobs.

It does a great job on both floors and carpets. I use it on my area rugs. The pull out vac is good on the coych coushiins.
