I love this vaccuum. I even recommended my mom buy one. I have two dogs and it does the trick for a nice touch up. I've had it for a couple months. The attachments are great for those tough to get areas also

Works well for hard surfaces Roller bigs down on carpets but still works pretty well. I am satisfied with this unit

We have pets and we absolutely love this vacuum the only flaw is that the battery is terrible!

It is good. serve it purpose. I use it for regular cleaning, when have no time to get my big vacuum out of closet.

I real like this vac. It is light weight only 5 lbs. It cleans well and has a canister vac. That you can use to clean your car. Two in one. You have to clean the filter frequently.

good on floors; a little hard to push through carpet. But still does a good job. great for quick clean up.

the item is compact and powerful on the stick however as a handheld device i noticed the suction decreased

I USED THIS TWICE A DAY DUE TO MY DOG'S shredding ISSUES. THIS IS BEST THING I'VE EVER OWN. EVEN PORTABLE TO ANYWHERE WHEN I NEED IT. :)

Could have better suction. Battery power is good. Good maneuvering

I like that there is a handheld also. In addition, it is easy to store and charger holds attachments.

I love that it’s wireless very slim not too heavy to pick up and there’s a little latch so It can bend if I would like to go under the table or under the couch

These little stick vacs work great for kids and/or pets. Really like this one because this is the first one I’ve bought that has had a base where it charges.

Lasted only a year and it stopped working. The hand held vacuum still worked, the floor vacuum not so much. Looked for ways to fix it, only suggestion I could find was one saying to get new vacuum. Was disappointed, was expecting more of a quality product from Bissell.

Loved it would recommend it to anyone . Great price light weight and easy for anyone to use and works.

Used this to vacuum stairs. Works great as a traditional push vacuum on carpet. Also used it on a bare wood floor, worked great.

Would like to see the new sharps robot self cleaning vacuum cleaner . Will you get this soon or will only be sold on Tv ?

I received this as a Christmas gift in 2017. Within 1 week, it already broke. It advertises to work well at removing pet hair. It did, but if you didn't remove the hair from around the edges of the brush with each use, the plastic connections would bind up and break. I called to get a replacement part and Bissell tried to charge me. I complained that I had just received it as a gift and they decided to send it free. After that, I knew I needed to remove the hair with each use and I did. The vacuum worked well for about 6 months and it broke again. I do not recommend this product to anyone with furry animals!

This is amazing even if you don't have a pet. The rubber bristles grab the hair and everything else in its way

I loved this lil thing when I first bought it, not too long ago the I dropped 40 bucks on a new handle now the battery just died and come to find out it's not replaceable and the it's been discontinued so I don't think i'll be buying this unit again.

My husband uses it daily. We have 2 dogs and it cleans well.
