Q: How long does it take to recharge?
A: Good question! It will take less than four hours to fully charge.
A: No filters. You remove the handheld vacum, open it and throw away the inside dirt. Yes it comes with about 4 or 5 accessories and a stand to charge the vacum. I cannot tell you about the life span.
