Poor quakity

No suction and it leaves everything behind. The hand vac part works great but I didn’t get the stick part and all the accessories for nothing.

Stopped working after two weeks

It stopped working after two weeks. There was proper maintenance performed on it and it was treated with care. It's a lemon which is something BB must be well aware of since there are plenty of us who had the same issue. Total bummer as with a cat and a dog I was psyched to get this model. Buyer beware!

Not for a home with PETS

Too much of a pain to use

I had such high hopes for it too. It’s an okay basic vacuum but the charge does not last long and it takes what seems like forever to charge. It takes effort to make sure it is placed exactly right on the base for charging. If it moves even slightly on the base, it stops charging. It’s a complete pain to clean. Overall this was a total waste of money for me.

Worked OK until it broke

It did do a good enough job that I wasn't mad about my purchase. Then within 2 months it stopped working. So yeah, I would rather have money and a dirty floor than not have money and still have a dirty floor.
