Bought one, returned it for not working correctly.

Did not work well on carpet. Mostly threw debris on hard surfaces.

It was the best vacuum it didn’t really do the job either. I still had go with a broom after i vacuumed an everyone knows how much work you have to do when you have to use a broom on carpet

I have had the same issue TWICE. After a month or so of use it works for 10 seconds then tells me I am out of battery, I place it to charge and it tells my the battery is full.

The vacuum worked well for the first day, then could not get it to turn off. Had to wait for the battery to die for it to power off.

Box said nothing about it being only for floors. Suction sucks and doesn't hold charge long enough. Cant use on carpet.

The battery last me for about 25 to 30 minutes if it’s used continuesly. Not satisfied at all

after 1 time used doesn’t take charge. Totally unexpected!!!

It fails to recharge after just a few months. Not a recommended item.

The battery only lasted a year. Very disappointing.

We love this vacuum for our downstairs. We have an Aussie that sheds like crazy and this is great to vacuum daily. No Cords, Perfect amount of charge and lightweight. My favorite part is that I can separate the vacuum into a handheld and vacuum my wife's car AND my truck all in one charge to pick up all the little foods our 3 year old spills. 5 Stars for lasting us 3 years so far!

Really want this broom to work as it is light weight and not to strong in suction power. However, the battery die after 3 months. Best buy replace one and last another 4 month with infrequent use. Bought 4 years of warranty hoping the service plan will cover 4 years of usage. Unfortunately, best buy said the maximum replace is 2. If you reach the max number of replacement, no warranty anymore. So BE VERY CAREFUL what the warranty means. In this case. both replacements died within 7 months. When the broom died, it still looks like new. Think again and AGAIN. Do you really want to buy this.

We bought this about 6 months ago, if that, and we have already had to replace the brush roll 3 times, so that gets expensive on its own. If this is supposed to be mostly for pet hair then I am not sure why I have a hard time keeping the brush roll cleaned so I don't have to replace it. It used to be my favorite sweeper and I would brag about it but now it doesn't have as great of a suction to it anymore either. I have to clean out the dirt bin after every room I clean. It's just become a headache. Doesn't clean like it used to at all so I am going to have to shop for another sweeper. Not happy about it at all.

Great while it lasts which unfortunately isn’t long. After only a few uses the cover for the dirt catcher wouldn’t stay on. That pretty much makes it completely useless. I’m throwing it in the trash. Save your money.
