Amazing quality love this best customer service I would buy this again

I am unable to evaluate this product because, despite a paper copy of installation instructions, and an online of the same, we have been unable to assemble the product. Neither instruction "pamphlet" was sufficient. We need someone handier than we are to fix this problem.

I use this daily! I have had it over a week and I have only had to charge it once! Love love love it!

I used the vacuum to clean up the dust and crumbs from the kitchen and dining area floors. When I stopped the vacuum and picked it up from the floor so I could put it away, the crumbs fell back out onto the floor. The only items that made it up into the canister were the dust and pet hair that had been on the floor. I had to go back with a broom and dustpan to clean up the mess. Not at all satisfied with the performance. I took it back to the store for a refund of the purchase price.

Takes forever to charge and dies within 30 minutes. constant clogging. would not recommend.

Don't clen well ans battery also die.dont count on cleaning for carpets

The movement is kind of not smooth. I would not purchase again

Battery life is horrible. Couldn’t do a small two bedroom house without it dying out.

The quality was very poor I would never recommend it to anyone because I keep breaking down I needed to change it after using it for Just Few months

We love this Bissell! It was so inconvenient having to lug our plug in vacuum up and down the stairs. It’s a powerful vacuum in a smaller package. The attachments are also super nice and convenient!
