I bought this model after reading other reviews and have found it easy to used and it does an amazing job on tile floors. Its nice to be able to vacumn and mop at the same time with this machine.

Bissell products have never failed me, this is no exception. Easy to use, cleans hardwood floor better than expected. Floors look good as new. Floor dries fast. Great cleaning tool !!!!

I'm really enjoying the bissell, and happy I got the last one in stock at my store while still on sale. Very easy to use, after I got the spray trigger figured out. The cleaner smells great, not too strong. Have to admit it was disgusting, (but amazing) to see all of the dirt in the cup that came off of recently mopped floor..eewww. Cleaning the rollers and tank is a breeze. I have wood laminate floors and was worried about streaks, but there weren't any, and they dried fast. I especially love that is a 2 n 1 vacuum and mop which is why I purchased. Did well on area rugs, with regular roller. The rug roller is next on my list . I have recommended this machine to many friends , very happy with it!!

Easy-to-use. And clean up is quick. Definitely recommended. Plus compact design for storage.

I have purchased a lot of carpet cleaners, but this one beats all by far for ease of use and it's versatility. I love using the multi purpose brush as I can go from cleaning floors to carpets with ease. Another plus is that it is so light weight. It really picks up dirt, dog hair and dander quite easily. The shampoo leaves my floors and carpets really clean and smelling fresh.

This is the best vacuum ever! No need to sweep before mopping. It even works on my carpet. Floor is super clean afterwards. Dries in no time!

I love the way you don't have to sweep or vacuum before you use the Crosswave to clean your floors. So far I used this on my Pergo floors. It does exactly as it says. It vacuums the floor as it washes. It was easy to use and cleaned well. The only thing I did not realize and don't like is after you use it you have to take many of the pieces off to clean them which I wouldn't mind but then can not put it back together until everything is dry. This will not be until the next day. So I will probably only use it once a month to give the floors a good cleaning. I have not tried it on carpeting yet.

It is as advertised. Works on different surfaces and does a great job either way. Great time saver.

Cleans my rugs pretty good. Kind of pricey and can’t get extra roller for it at store.

This is a great little machine, easy to use and handle and really does a terrific job cleaning! I have used it on wood, tile and linoleum and it does a great job on all three. Highly recommend!

I purchased this after my Hoover Floormate's suction tube breaking. I have ran the Crosswave 3 times since I purchased it and you can tell it was designed well. You can get into nearly every nook and cranny of this thing that needs cleaned after use. So far it has worked great on hardwood/floors and tiles. It seems to pick up its cleaning solution very well, leaving the floors clean and dry.

This floor cleaner is the best investment we've made!! It cleans the floors beautifully and is so easy to use. It picks up spaghetti that my toddler drops all over the floor!! No getting down on hands and knees to pre clean the areas. You do have to clean the brush that comes with it every time you use it, but it is a small price to pay for the convenience of this cleaner. I have two kids under the age of four, and this is saving me so much time AND it ensures that our floors are as clean as possible for our precious babies to play and run around on. I cannot say enough good things about this floor cleaner.

I love my Bissell crosswave. It cleans really well. I use it on my porcelain tile floors. The floors feel so much cleaner than when I used my floor mop. It cleans like a vacuum in the fact that it doesn't clean up close to the baseboards. It leaves a couple of inches uncleaned. The clean up is a bit messy. It has a few flaws but because it cleans so well I over look the flaws. It also cuts down my cleaning time. It dries some as you mop so the dry time is really fast. This is something I can use to clean my floor right before company comes over. This is one of the things I love the most. It vacuums, mops and dries (somewhat) all in one stroke! It's amazing! I no longer have to vacuum or sweep then mop. No more mop bucket either. I could go on and on about this thing all day. Once you start noticing a different sound from the machine or it looks like it's not cleaning anymore, it's time to add more cleaner or empty the used water reservoir. That's something I found out on my own. The booklet that came with it didn't have very many instructions or how to's. I do still wonder if I can use other cleaners than just the Bissell crosswave cleaner. I like the cleaner but it gets a little expensive. I would defiantly recommend this product!

We wanted something light but durable. This product has some punch to it for something so light and manageable. I had some doubts at first because of how light it is. But I was wrong. It’s powerful. It does an excellent job. My 11-year old daughter uses it with ease as well.

Definitely a great product! The only advice I have is if you have wood floors, buy the wood floor brush and solution. The multi-surface will leave them foggy but the wood floor solution will leave them shiny. All I do is a coarse sweep of the floors and then get right to this! It doesn't get the corners great so I will usually do those by hand with a sponge. Otherwise great, easy to use and well worth the money.

We have over 3000sq ft of pergo in our home with 2 dogs. This gets the floor clean quick. When you dump the water out that the cleaner sucked back off the floor you know it’s doing a good job. The floor drys in under 5min as well. Go buy one!

Super easy to use and not too heavy. Cleans well for everyday cleaning but some stains need hand scrubbing. Overall I really love this cleaner!
