I love using my CrossWave to clean up messes. I have a home daycare and used to have to sweep then mop... this product saves me so much time allowing me to vacuum and mop at the same time! Easy to clean after I’m done too.

Works well for daily cleaning. You do need to clean it after every use, but it is easy enough to do. I dropped a bowl of pasta one day and it did a great cleanup after I picked up the big pieces of glass and pasta.

I bought this machine because my entire 2000 square feet of house is all wood floors so I needed something to pick up dirt like a vaccum but also clean like a mop so I wouldn't be doing both and to cut down time. I like it but still has room for improvement. I have to change the water and solution more often than I'd like and have to keep emptying the machine after every room which can be a pain and tiresome. You'll have to keep buying new filters and new brush which I get off Amazon or else it wont pick up much dirt. Other than that it's a good product

This works on wood, tile, vinyl, and carpet... and doesn't leave it super wet..dries quickly. Scrubs and polishes...Lightweight.

This works really well on my tile floors and even on hardwood floors. It's a little bit of a pain to clean but it does do a good job cleaning. Just wish it would clean a little closer to the walls.

We purchased this to clean our hard surface floors. We have tile in our kitchen and hardwoods elsewhere. We have a Golden Retriever and three kids, so keeping up with things is important. The Bissel did an amazing job! The first time we used it, it almost looked like mud initially, even though the floors looked fairly clean and had been mopped a few days earlier. It also works on area rugs, but I think it's much better suited to hard floors. Would highly recommend this!

This cleaner is easy to use and offers (at least a seemingly) cleaner alternative to traditional mops as it vacuums dirty water. I haven’t attempted to use the Crosswave on a rug, but it has worked great on hardwood and linoleum. I did just start using the Crosswave, so I’m not sure about its longevity so I’m just giving it four stars for now.

Very easy to use and clean also cleans hard wood and tile very well only issue is a little pricey for floor machines

I have all hardwood floors and four dogs and this wet vac is lightweight, easy to use, washes and dries quickly!

Very versatile. Goes from cleaning wood flooring, ceramic tile, area rugs, to even wall-to-wall carpeting, while vacuuming at the same time! Excellent product! Would definitely recommend to others!

I was reluctant to purchase this due to the high price tag. I have had this in my “cart” for about 6 months and debated with myself every time I looked at my Best Buy app. I finally decided to purchase it (thanks to Christmas money)! Knowing how well it works I am so happy I got it! I have several types of floors in my house and 5 dogs! This machine has been a life saver. I love it! I have yet to find a mess this machine cannot clean!

This worked wonders on my white painted floor! It was so gross to see how dirty the floors really were. I’m getting ready to refinish the becaus of scratches, and this left them shining!

Does a good job with ceramic tile and not bad on carpets. Lightweight. Have another brand carpet cleaner that does clean carpets a bit better but is to heavy for my wife.

I purchased this unit for use on laminate hardwood flooring. It has worked well and cleaned the floor to a brightnesss I have not seen for a whie. I used ammonia as the cleaning agent and it left no streaking or discolorization.

Decent carpet and floor cleaner. Average at best. Not effective for deep cleaning. Works great on hardwood and laminate. Great as a vacuum.

This is MOSTLY easy to use. It can be a bit awkward to get used to, but once it's going it's smooth enough. It seems to really get the job done. The waste water from our fairly new area rug was filthy and the rug looked very nice afterwards.

This mop, vacuum is amazing. Its super easy to use and I like to empty the dirty tank out and fill the solution n water tank up after I use it on the whole house on the weekend and then it's ready to use during the week for accidents and small messes. I have a lot of hard wood and tile in my house and a toddler and 6 yr old that make a bunch of messes and it's great that I don't have to take out a mop n bucket everytime there is a small mess. All I have to do is plug in n run my Bissell and I'm done, no back breaking work ringing out my mop n making hot mop water. I didnt think it would but it has replaced my mop n vaccum.

Love It! Replaced carpet with engineered vinyl and am amazed at how much easier it is to keep things clean. This is easy to disassemble and clean after use and equally as easy to reassemble. The fact that it can also be used to clean area rugs and even the remaining carpeting yet to be replaced is an added plus. We love it and highly recommend it.

I was shocked at how good this machine works. I brought it home and put it to the test. I didn’t sweep prior to using and had paper scraps on the floor and dirt from my dogs. It cleaned it all without hesitation and my floors looked amazing afterwards. It’s easy to use and easy to clean up afterwards. Highly recommend
