-15 min use from a full charge -When you press the button to squirt the cleaning solution... its hard to even tell if its still dispensing the solution. The floors were spotty. I needed to go over the same area 5 times to make sure all the areas had been cleaned. -I paid $478 total with taxes and ect... I believe we got -$50 with a sale. The price is very high for a machine that does such a horrible job / slow / doesn't hold a charge. - The cleaning solution it comes with smells so bad, my children were complaining about how strong it was. I filled the water to the water line and then the rest with solution to the solution fill line - so I knew I didn't add too much. The smell was harsh. Overall I give this a 4/10. I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

Awesome product. I love it. Makes doing my floors so easy and quick. And I love the self cleaning feature for the brush.

Ive owned this for almost a month now, and I love it. It completely replaces the need for mopping, and speeds up the cleaning process as well. The only complaint I have is I wish you got more time of use per charge for the price of the product. Its usually takes 2 full charges to clean all the areas in our house. It also requires some hands on cleaning after each use, but it doesn't bother us.

Amazing piece of technology cuts my Sunday chores from 2 hours to 30 minutes! Vacuums and mops at the same time with easy fill markers and an auto shut off when the tank is too full, makes cleaning my floors and rugs 10 times easier. would definitely recommend. Also, the shipping option on this only took 6 days from ordering to me opening the box, so very well done.

Works much better than the last model did but it has to be dumped more often. Still, a much better product.

Great product, just make sure you add time to clean vacuum after cleaning floor. Works well with dogs.

Its good as a mop but i dont think it works great as both a vacuum and a mop.

I love this vacuum! Yes, it is a little bit heavy (well...it holds two water tanks on it) and loud (this dude doing double work at the same time - got an excuse). When I started cleaning for the first time, my floors were super dirty because our previous vacuum died and we lived without a vacuum cleaner for 10 days. So this one can not vacuum and wash at the same time if your floors are very dirty. It leaves puddles of dirty water on the floor. I had to vacuum it first and then wash it. Worked great on vinyl floors, rugs, and tiles. Next day, I vacuumed and washed at the same time and it was very clean, no complaints. I am happy about this purchase and would definitely recommend it to a friend. I make review videos on YouTube. An excellent choice for dry/wet vac. Very happy with it. It does a great job, whether on carpet, hardwood or tile. So easy to clean and the machine cleans itself ... awesome! so much lighter than the vac!

Great for porcelain floors. Had to get another for rugs

A very nice wet mop. I had just bought a house and the floors loo,ed pretty clean but once i used this mop i coud see the waster water tank turning blackk within couple of mjnutees. This mops and sucks the water off very efficiently. Pros are 1. Multiple modes to select from. You can easily switch between modes and the power varies accordingly. 2. Battery life is decent. 3. Charges up in 1 hr to 2 hrs. 4. Loved the extra light which illuminated the floor. Cons : 1. Dirty water tank is small. Needs emtying out frequently.

It is a very effective vaccum. It is quiet and my dog tolerates it. That is why I kept it rather than returning it. The "self-cleaning" claim is wildly over stated. I probably wouldn't find cleaning it so disgusting if I had a utility sink. I can do the living room and dining room in one charge, then need to clean and charge it to do the kitchen and hall. The plastic piece over the roller bar pops off going over a threshold or if it is lightly tapped against a wall or piece of furniture.

Crosswave works excellent! This is my second one, but after only two months the spray function stopped working. Thankfully Bissell is so good about standing behind there products, then sent me a whole new machine in a few days!
