Sweeping and mopping compared to using this is night and day, this machine scrubs the floor and polishes the floor the way a mop cant. Very light weight and easy to set up and use. (Used on hardwood floor and tile)

I am a nurse and a stay at home mom of 3 children, of various ages. We have a giant continental rabbit who sheds non stop, and a mini shih-tzu. I’m a tried and true sampler of nearly every cleaning tool possible… I exaggerate not! Tineco was not impressive to me. This does the job. Now, if you’re super extra finicky and expect perfection, these machines are not meant for you. With a busy household and always on the go, and being the one who cleans just about everything, this is a blessing. Easy to carry up and down stairs. Love it for the bathroom and house rugs. The only downfall is the dirty/clean water tanks are small and edge cleaning and corners could be better.

Charging base can be a little finicky...but holds are charge fine. The self clean function is nice. But i recomment removing the roller aftee youve finished mopping and throw it in the dishwasher(it will stay damp and start to stink if not)

I cannot say enough good things about this! I waited a long time to purchase this. I was very skeptical about it working. Wow was I wrong. We have a big dog and wood floors so I am cleaning them daily. Dragging out a vacuum and a mop everyday was tedious. This lets me use one tool to do both jobs. Before my floors were often cloudy or spots of “dog slobber” didnt come off with a mop. This picks up the stray hairs and cleans the floor perfectly clean. No leftover stains or spots and the finish is shiny! The battery does last quite a while. I only wish like others have mentioned that the tanks were bigger but that doesnt stop me from giving it five stars!! I do recommend buying it when it is on sale since it is a bit pricey.

I love my Bissell cross wave. This one is lighter and there are no cords. Its also a quieter machine that does an excellent job on cleaning not only hardwoods but also linoleum.

This wet dry vac really works. Used it on wood flooring and rugs. Very easy to use and amazing how much better it cleans than a normal mop. Bonus you can use it on other surfaces.

My experience with this machine is very frustrating. I have had it about a month and have only been able to use it sucessfully twice. This past week I have tried to use it, and it will not turn on; and the two times that it did turn on, the brush would not roll. I bought it for the convinience of it being cordless, even though it onyl lasts 30 minutes per use, but I am not liking it at all. I would rather go back to the corded version.

Powerful cordless vacuum BUT.. It doesn't completely clean to the wall. It leaves about 2 inches of unclean surface no matter which way you vacuum...from the side or directly to the front of the wall. Unfortunately I had to return it because of this. I just think for the price it should clean a little bit closer... In which I spent a lil bit more money and went with the Tineco S5 (Extreme) Which is a BestBuy Exclusive.

Amazing product, does everything we need to it do. Happy it comes with the extra brush!! The self cleaning is amazing, machine is very straightforward to use!

The Crosswave x7 is awesome, we have rooms with wood floor and rooms with LVP (oh and let me mention we have 3 dogs) and this wet/dry vac works amazing on both! I REALLY love the fact it will clean the roller so it's ready for the next time...no more rinsing and wringing anything in my sink. I was apprehensive about the price but, since we have so much flooring it was worth it. No more back breaking, messy mopping, the CrossWave provides just the right amount of water to get the job done and with less drying time. I love it, and I tell all of my friends and family about it!

Had to return it three times because it kept breaking. The suction kept going out. Also had to keep renewing the warranty on it so I just kept wasting money thinking it was a bad one. Nope. It works great at first but after a while it stops working. Don’t get it. Yes it looks nice and works great at first. But definitely not worth it.

Great little vacuum/wet mop. Does a number on our hardwood floors. Easy cleanup because it cleans itself! 10/10 would recommend.

We have animals and a toddler, this has saved our lives. We would spend so much time sweeping up or mopping messes up. Now we just break this bad boy out and we’re done in a minute!

Love it! Very efficient saves me time with song sweeping and mopping separately. I definitely recommend it to home owners and if you want a 2 in 1 floor/rug cleaner.

I bought this on sale, but I'd still feel good if i biught this ar full price. It's amazing and such an upgrade from the lower-end models. Battery life isn't horrible either.

The battery only lasted 20 minutes the first time I charged it and 23 minutes the second time. It took about 3 hours to charge. Not worth it to me. Give me a cord. Otherwise, worked well. Returned the item.

Good cleaner. Battery life could be longer, I cannot clean all our floors in one charge. Price is a bit high, but overall good.
