I have always had a Bissell and after my last one decided to quit, I bought this. I needed a canister vac because I have all hardwoods and knew an upright vac wasn't efficient for me anymore. When I first got this vac, I was kind of scared after turning it on! It was pretty quiet and I was hoping it was going to have great suction regardless of its low noise. It's really easy to maneuver and great because I can flip a switch and go from hardwood to carpet/rugs. It doesn't have as good of suction as my last Bissell (hard floor attachment) did, however....it does the job. I prefer bagless, but this is okay too. Even though I had to change my first bag after about 3 weeks of getting the vac. But I do have two dogs a cat and a two year old...I vacuum constantly. Overall, a great vac and good quality. The hose isn't flimsy, the retractable cord is a godsend, and the canister itself rolls smoothly and even rolls over the cord! I'm pretty pleased with it.

used immediatly after purchasing, very lightweight, easy to vacuum compared to a regular upright!! great suction power too!! Only downside for a injured person like myself, is when using the accessories, the handle does become very heavy while using the attachments (for the corners & upholstry)other than that, routine vacuuming can finally seem like a breeze & this vacuum really does a great job!!! Even picks up pet hairs & gets corners good, even without using the tools!!

I wanted a canister vacume and a powerful one. I had really not planned to buy one when i was at bestbuy, just saw one and liked the color and looks and purchased it. Except for a broken neck due to misuse which was fixed for $1 under warranty, we are very happy with the vacume's reliability, suction and power. I have this vacume for exact 2 years and no problem with the motor or anything else. The powerbrush does make a bit of noise, other than that rest is good. Even after 2 years the price is still the same.

I use this vacuum for a couple of months now. It looks nice, is not heavy, seems to be powerful enough and does the job all right. But the handle is bulky and you will not be able to vacuum stairs properly if you do not buy an extra tool for stairs if it exists and an extension hose. I would return it, and look for something better, if not the restocking fee.

I wanted a canister vacuum that would be easy to move around with good suction, and this vacuum cleaner has it. So far it has worked wonderfully and I haven't had any issues. I also thought it was a good price for what I got, so overall I'm satisfied with this purchase.

I GOT THIS ON SALE FOR MUCH LESS THAN CURRENT PRICE. I LOOK FOR A GOOD EYE-CATCHING APPEALING CANISTER VACUUM CLEANER FOR A WHILE. THE HIGH END ONES WERE VERY EXPENSIVE. FINALLY I GOT THIS ONE. I DON'T USE IT DAILY AND ONLY HAVE AREA RUGS. THE FRONT LIGHT BULB HAS BEING REPLACED TWICE. HAD TO ORDERED FROM MANUFACTURER. THE SUCTION POWER EVEN AT MAX IS ONLY OK ( COMPARED WITH THE HIGH-END VACUUMS).THE HEPA FILTER IS NOT 100 % SEALED. SOME DUST ESCAPE BACK TO THE ROOM. IT'S A GOOD VALUE AND ACCEPTABLE QUALITY. THAT'S ALL.

We have been using this vac for over 1 year and still like it. The vacuum arrived in fine condition! I just opened and assembled it and the first indication of quality was the engineering and thought applied to a superb design. The second indication was a startling absence of noise when turned on. I can't believe how quiet it is! Just in time for Spring cleaning. This is not what I expected! This is a new addition to our modern lifestyle. We may want to leave it out when company comes over.

I love this vacuum !! I just received it today, took it out of the box, easy to put together. It is easy to handle as it just glides across the floor with no struggle at all turning easily around the floor with easyglide wheels unlike other cumbersome canister vacuums that are heavy to push around and dont turn easily around furniture. Fabulous suction too, I havent tried out all of the fancy features yet, but so far Im satisfied ! Also, it came with 12 vacuum cleaner bags! Love it !

Great vacuum, works good and i would recommend it.

I found it a bit combersome lugging around canister and trying not to run into furniture. Was only so so on the job it did, but when it quit working after just 2 weeks i took it back.
