Glad I purchased. Love how clean my floors look and feel when walking in bare feet.

I like how clean the floors smell after applying the steam to the floors. The mop heads pick up a tremendous amount of dirt from what I can see after each cleaning.

Easy to use. Almost instant steam when turned on, built well and very light and easy to maneuver.

This mop does a great job overall. I really wish there was an on/off switch but I've been very happy so far.
