This shampooer is so good it makes me think I need a new vacuum! Even after vacuuming this thing pulled up a ton of pet hair. Carpets look great house smells wonderful

[Employee of bestbuy] Overall a very nice looking, easy to use rug machine. the only downside I would say is it's kind of bulky but it gets the job done 100% even after my dog had a very upset tummy.

Have used several times since purchase and we love it. Cleans very well and the products smell great. Highly recommend

Carpet cleaner works great. We have 3 cats that stay in the house most of the time and I vacuum almost everyday. The amount of hair that this carpet cleaner pulled out of my rugs even after a thorough vacuuming with a brand new Dyson animal was unbelievable! The only things that would make this machine better would be if the dirty dirty tank had the same capacity as the clean water and there was a rinse option.

This product was very easy to use and was as effective as marketed. We had several very heavy stains that have been extremely difficult to remove. This ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus had no problem with stubborn stains.

We have a german shepherd who loves to lay on my area rug in my livingroom. It worked awesome for the spot. We have used other carpet cleaners that have not wven touched the stain, this took it right out. The brushes are GREAT, very powerful and the attachments are fantastic. I loved the fact that the cover over the brushes lifts off completely so you can easily clean it afterwards.scrubbing carpets used to be a chore, but this has made it so easy.

I had to purchase due to my sister owning two pets which are a cat and a dog. The carpet was filthy and you could see the urine staines and dark stains from shoes. I hate the smell of urine, litter, pets overall.. And let me tell you, I am very impressed with the end results on how easy it was to get rid of it all!! Carpet looks new again! And surprisingly I cannot smell if there were any animals living in that room! I’m very happy with the results!!! I highly recommend this everyone!!

I never owned a carpet cleaner before but this bissel machine is incredible. I knew i wanted to buy a good one so i dont mind spending the +200 for it. It turned out i got my moneys worth and more. It is so easy to use. Fill up with water and solution, plug in turn on and use. Of coarse you have to empty the dirty water alot but i dont mind. It gets stains out so good. Im totally satesfied with my purchase and would highly recommend.

I thought that the water would reach a hot temperature but it doesn't. Bissell needs to change the name of this unit from PRO HEAT to NO HEAT. I intentionally broke off part of the float so it would hold more dirty water otherwise I was having to empty it too often.

Bought based on other reviews. This definitely is a quality machine. Why only 4 stars? Because any tough stain will require some personal care and elbow grease along with the machine. For basic everyday traffic dirt it does a excellent job. If you ore treat tough stains and scrub prior this machine follows up nicely.

This is an effective device for cleaning up pet messes and general carpet cleaning. It occasionally leaks if stored with a full or partially filled tank.

Very pleased. Lightweight and surprisingly powerful.
