This carpet cleaner is excellent. Does a great job for cleaning and getting spots and stains out. The hand held tool is great for doing stairs and couch and chairs cushions.

It works great. I struggled to understand the instructions but it cleans really well. I am happy with my investment.

So far so good. Had been using Hoover steam vacs for a while but every single one of them started leaking. The last one within the first three months. The Bissell cleans well and we have multiple pets so you can tell the difference after you are done. Hopefully its reliable and will last more than the two years we were lucky to get from a Hoover.

Great for cleaning carpets and spot cleaning, very handy having different attachments. My only issue is the solution that you have to use, takes multiple cleans to remove smells of dog pee.

Loved this for our home! The max clean mode will go through solution pretty fast, had to refil and empty the dirty water bin a few times. Creating the solution is simple with the indicators on the tanks. Once done, the parts disassembled quickly and were easy to clean. Overall, no damage done to the carpet. Our place feels clean and fresh!

This thing works amazing it almost works as good as a commercial grade carpet cleaner My only complaint is in order for me to get the stains out of my bedroom I had to have the carpets soaked took two to three days to dry

Bought this because my Hoover died. The one thing I like is that the water spray is controlled by the user. The Hoover had an automatic dispensing which the user had to keep pushing a button to put it in dry mode and then forget to turn the water back on. The only feature that this doesn't have is the separate tank for the cleaning fluids.

Excellent wetvac. I specifically selected this for my puppies. They constantly pee on my carpet and this takes the bad oder and stains instantly. Great product. The cost of the cleaner is a bit pricey. But still worth it.

Bought a house a year ago and hired professionals to clean my carpets, was told old stains do not come off. This amazing machine took them off with ease in the bedrooms. Oh and forget paying $80 -$100 for stairs, my stairs never look better. Save the $80 to buy this cleaner! My parents said you did a better job than they did by a long shot!
