This is a nice cleaner. It doesn't break your back to use, like some others I've used. The dirty tank fills and suction stops sooner than I would like, but it is easy to clean so I can continue working. Cleans well, too.

Our dog was having stomach issues all over the carpet. This machine was so easy to use and cleaned the carpet very well. The most impressive thing is how quickly the carpet dries because of the suction power this thing has! Very impressed.

Great Cleaner and very light and easy to use I Love it

I recently purchased a Bissell carpet cleaner, and it’s hands down the best carpet cleaner I’ve ever used! We’ve been using it almost every day, and it has made a huge difference in keeping our carpets fresh and spotless. The machine is incredibly easy to use, and cleaning it after use is a breeze. It’s efficient, reliable, and does an amazing job at tackling tough stains and dirt. Whether you need it for deep cleaning or regular maintenance, this carpet cleaner is worth every penny. This carpet cleaner surpassed expectations. It seems to clean about as well as those rental cleaners. No complaints. Only a couple notes for others considering purchasing. There really needs to be note or sticker for the first time use. There is an alarming burning smell for the first 30-ish seconds. This seems to be the water heater burning off manufacturing juice or something. The directions do not suggest it, but making a second (or even a third) pass over the carpet with plain water is beneficial. It is amazing how much dirt is lifted out even with just water. Plus it helps remove any remaining cleaning solution which, when dry, can cause future dirt to stick to the carpet. Plus, you are suppose to run plain water through the cleaner anyway when finished using it The only complaint is that the dirty water container fills too fast (at about 1/4 full, the float blocks off the vacuum). You end up dumpling the dirty water 3 times for each clean tankful.

Over the years, we’ve tried most of the top brands and models. This time I was swayed by the review of Southern Living magazine. After months of use they proclaimed model as the best combination of effectiveness, ease of use, durability and keeping it maintained. I could not agree more.

Does a great job and is easy to use. cleans up nicely after use and my rugs look like new.

This Bissell worked great. We had one room with a heavily stained rug. We used the Cleanshot pretreater that worked perfectly. The rug looks and smells great. Glad we purchased this. Just wish the water tanks were larger as we had to refill a number of times - but keep in mind the rug was heavily stained.

Easy to use from clear instructions to execution. Powerful suction (picked up debris that my vacuum Shark did not), easy to clean after use and the quality of clean is noticeable. It works as advertised!!

I used to have a Hoover with crubbers (don't recall the model). It was heavy, hard to clean, and did a decent job deep cleaning and getting out spots. This one is a better cleaner, scrubber, is lighter and is easier to clean.

My wife used a Bissell that we bought many years back. It stopped working correctly so we looked at this one. This one is much easier to use. Much easier to empty and to move around. As much better cleaner.

I recently bought my house and wasn’t able to hire a professional carpet cleaner but bought this instead and it works wonderfully! Pretty easy to use and makes the carpet look and feel cleaner! The carpet dried relatively quick, and the attachment hose is great on an upholstered chair. It didn’t remove the set in stains that are probably from years of build up. But I’m hoping a different carpet cleaning solution will do the trick.

This is the best that I have ever owned. Powerful, easy to use and easier to clean than others I have owned. I would buy it again. Not expecting that I will ever need to, however.
