Super quiet my daughter loves it says she breathe way better now. Gets the moisture out quiet now my clothes are not moldy and it doesn't smell musty anymore

we returned the dehumidifier on 11/28 and was delivered onDember 1st and still have not received my refund- I didn’t realize Best Buy sells now through market place as well.Best buy - need help getting the refund - last I heard is when they asked if box was open and I said no and they sent me a return label l and now no response from them at all.
