very handy tool

It was disappointing but I exchanged it at Best Buy. The replacement vac and attachment are working great so far. I bought it primarily for vacuuming stairs and touch ups

The filter cup or whatever wrapped in the foil packaging has a sickeningly sweet smell that I really don't like. It did seem to get the cat hair off of my couch.

I love the beater bar attachment for the tread of the stairs and the normal nozzle attachment is great for the crevices. The different power options are very nice. I think it will work great on my furniture. The dust cup is very easy to clean. I would definitely purchase it again.
