This may be the new benchmark for catalog 4K releases. I sat down and from the opening, it was apparent this was a nice upgrade from the Blu-ray version. The video goes to new levels and the audio is right behind it.

This is a classic flick of a tragic event from nearly 30 years ago. Not much to say about this one because what hasn't been said about it already? Great cast, well shot and directed. Thumbs way up!

Always loved the movie. This version with the HDR really amps up the contrast and adds to the the grittiness. And wow does the Atmos soundtrack not disappoint if you have Atmos or Height speakers

This movie appeared previously as a Blu-Ray and DVD version. The 4k version is sharper and has more vivid coloring that does the prior versions. It is the version to retain for your personal library.

Blackhawk down is a strait forward movie depicting the attempt of American forces trying to stop a civil war in Semolina by capturing some of the top Trible war lords. Great action and very realistic.

Black Hawk Down does a great job of capturing the brutal violence of war and the brotherhood shared between soldiers. The UHD makes a major difference over the Blu Ray and looks absolutely fantastic

I bought this movie to take advantage of the 4k and DTS Atmos. The movie is excellent, well written and acted. Based on the true happenings (no, I was not there...but read several accounts)

The 4k version is fabulous. It has some "natural grain" which is normal. The color depth is rich. Black level oustanding. Dolby Atmos is superb.

Owned this film in dvd and wow it was great but upgrading it made it 10x better. Sound and picture quality are amazing I would recommend and for the Best Buy price you can’t lose.

One of the only war movies of its time with a good collection of actors and a decent plot. Well directed and good depiction of the way people react to tough situations.

This is a fantastic and intense film. Well acted and well filmed. Seeing it anew in 4K was almost like seeing the film for the first time. Image quality is equal to the action.

For all of you Army RANGERS out there you know this movie. For the rest of you this is a gritty action movie based on a true event. I find that the 4K resolution was excellent.

Finally!! Extended cut is available in a HD format as well as the theatrical. Also includes all the special features from previous editions. The steelbook is awesome as well.

This became one of my favorite war movies since I first saw it in the theater. I bought this for my collection and reviewing and am still amazed each time I watch.

I have served my country like many other people so I love a good military movie. This movie is packed with action and I could watch it several times back to back.
