What a Marvel movie this has been for the MCU. It definitely is in the top 10 for me. I liked it very much, but I liked Civil War, Winter Soldier, Thor: Ragnarok, Avengers 1, Iron Man 1, Avengers Infinity War part 1 better overall. I think all of the characters portrayed in the film did a good job, especially that of the actor who portrays Black Panther himself. Well done casting. Now that Infinity War has taken the number 1 spot of all time openings for a movie, Black Panther will certainly still be in the top10 All Time list for movies. I don't think the political overtones in this one was too far over the line, but they were there. My problem with the movie itself is how did all this technology they possess come from a rock? That seems a bit far stretched. Just my thoughts. Having seen Infinity War, part 1 and awaiting ANT MAN and WASP, it's a good thing here to release Black Panther during this time. Kudos!

One of the best marvel films to come out, Marvel is outdoing itself.

I will start by saying, be cautious of the hype over this movie. If you go in, expecting the best marvel movie ever, I think you'll end up disappointed. That isn't to say this movie is bad (note the 5 stars), but I've had several friends who ended up disappointed, because they were expecting more. I put this movie on par with Iron Man, when comparing the origin stories. This has a very well developed story, and has probably the best Marvel villain, among all of the origins. The cast is also amazing. The only negative thing I have, is the lack of actual action, which I have become accustomed to, in Marvel movies. That does not mean it was required, but don't expect to see a ton of Black Panther fight scenes. Instead, expect a cultural, and deep storyline.

This film was good. From start to finish it entertained. Boseman did a fine job as T'Challa, and Jordan was great as Killmonger. The actresses did a good job too, though I thought the general was over-emphasized a bit much. The political messages were not too bad, but subtle (and inaccurate as the African mask was no more 'stolen' than any artifact in museums). However, why this movie is getting the attention that it's 'one of the all-time best' is absurd. That is pure media. It was great, but it's not as good as Civil War, Winter Soldier, Avengers, Iron Man 1 or Thor Ragnarok. Why Thor 3 got lower reviews is beyond me, as it was funnier, more action-packed, and entertaining. Black Panther deserves to be considered in the top 10 Marvel Studios movies, but it's not top 3. Definitely worth seeing, and surely worth owning to add to the Marvel collection. I just don't like when films--particularly for political motives--are exaggerated. Though it's way better than Spider-Man Homecoming...

The Black Panther SteelBook edition is the premium experience for this epic Marvel title. The SteelBook has awesome full suit picture of the Black Panther in the front and a portrait on the back. Amazing detail on both. Within the SteelBook are the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray disc, Blu-ray disc, and the digital code, you can have the desired viewing experience whether at home or on the go. This edition of the movie gets 5 out of 5 Heart-shaped Herbs.

This is one of the best Marvel films right up there with the first Iron Man and Avengers. The only negative that I can attribute to this film is that some of the special effects are subpar. I would give Black Panther 4.5 Stars if possible, and I highly recommend this film for everyone.

Was not a fan of the trailers for this film from the ton to the soundtrack but you can't always judge a book by it's cover. Ryan Coogler, the director of the great Creed film, continues his winning streak with Black Panther. Wonderful film that had me drawing Lion King comparisons throughout. Looking forward to the eventual sequel. Please note the digital code for this movie is set to expire 5/14/2023.

Had to get one of my favorite movies of all time in the best format for home! The 4K picture with HDR is reference quality and a great way to really show off what your 4K TV can do. It also comes in one of the best looking cases you can have. The only thing missing was a DVD copy of the movie for use in your car. I guess I'll just download the digital version for those trips.

Marvel had a great 2018 and Black Panther may just be the pinnacle. The locations are beautifully shot, the action is incredible, and all the characters are engaging. The female characters, specifically, are some of the strongest and most interesting in the Marvel universe. Can't wait for the sequel!

I saw the movie several times in the theaters but having this to watch at home with friends is AMAZING! All of the majesty of the great cinematography looks well on the OLED at home.

As a huge Marvel movie fan, I think Black Panther hits the mark as a classic superhero movie. A celebration of African and African-American culture, this movie is visually stunning, has an amazing soundtrack, and gives us a new superhero to cheer for.

We went to the theater to this awesome movie!! I'm so glad that it's finally on 4k ultra-blu-ray! I just had to get the steel-book version of this history, one of my favorite marvel movies by far!!! Wakanda Forever!! :)

Black Panther defied all expectations of a superhero movie and has impacted my African-American culture indefinitely. Plus seeing it at the movie theaters in 3D made for a spectacular experience.

When I first saw the film I thought it wasn’t going to be good however the story & music were very captivating along with the scenery & an amazing visual presented both on the screen & cover

Black panther took me by surprise. I thought it was going to be a whatever movie but turned out to be one of the best Marvels I've seen. The culture, story, and characters were all amazing.

I only bought the 4k bcuz of his passing i had the blu ray but i felt it like it was my way of saying goodbye

Perhaps one of the best movies I have ever seen in my life! It will endure for generations as an outstanding movie. The storyline, acting, and overall cinematography was on-point.

A great superhero movie from Marvel and really stands out be a trendsetter with high at music, emotion and finally set the right start for the Avengers infinity War!!!

Black Panther is an excellently made movie, with great action, Oscar-worthy original score, and a powerful script dealing with race, oppression, and the celebration of the African culture! One of the MCU's smartest and well-crafted movies to date! I highly recommend this movie to anyone!
