The mobile phone is just great, but unfortunately the piece I bought has a defect

This BB phone is sleek, easy to use touch or keypad as both are offered in this phone. Anybody interested in sliding phone will surely like this phone.

The PRIV has a solid feel. The hideaway physical keyboard leaves room for a good sized quality screen, with the option to use a screen keyboard. Sound quality and camera quality are excellent. Battery life has been usually very good, however it did get drained overnight a couple of times, not sure why.

This is a great blackberry android phone loaded with lots of features. The fact that I can use this phone with any carrier is mind-blowing! I have used Z10 & Z30 but when it comes to battery life, PRIV has it all.

Good phone - combines many good BlackBerry features with android capabilities and all the apps. But too many features and options...not nearly as good productivity as BlackBerry Classic . . . keyboard, language recognition ( I type in 2-3 languages) and other features that are intuitive and important to me. But still way better than any iPhone...

Beautiful device fast and very bright screen percent for the android lovers

This is one of a kind. although I miss the black berry OS. not too bad a transition from BB to Android. love the shortcuts too. but I still miss Blackberry oS

I totally love this phone. Easy to use (very user friendly). I actually love the keyboard and touch screen options. Battery lasts a long time. Today, I've been gone for about 13 hours and I have 53% of battery left! I can actually get service in places I wasn't able to get with my Samsung Note 4. Same service provider, just a better quality phone. You can't go wrong with Blackberry!

Good for normal use. Bad for ergonomic. The phone is floppy when holding, which makes it like cheap phone.

Been a blackberry user for a while, finally decided to have a samsung galaxy note 7, however need to return it because of its safety issues, went back to blackberry, bought PRIV, no complain so far... perfect combination a BB with android, thumbs up!

Just a worning the T-Mobile app make the phone overheat for some reason so don't keep that on the phone other than that it's a great

Easy to use, huge screen, brilliant colors in pictures. Love it...

In comperazon to my nexus 5 that i had this phone loses signal and it sometimes lags while opening apps. The good thing is that the battery lasts and o use it all Day on Bluetooth listening to music and watching movies.

The phone has no problems, can handle multiple apps and games running at the same time but honestly just get it for the keyboard

I'm a long time BlackBerry user. There is a learning curve driven mostly by switching to Android instead of BB10. The phone is nice, comfortable, solid and the hardware is very good. Frankly, I'm not a fan of Android - apps update almost daily and the GUI is not as smooth as my Z10. The BlackBerry transfer app had some hiccups but it made the transition better than I expected. All in all, I'm happy with the new phone.

This is the best smart phone I've ever owned. I've always been a Blackberry guy and now that they are using the Android OS merged with regular Blackberry features, it's the best of both worlds! Best of all it runs all the Android apps !

I wanted to purchase the PRIV for my husband because I appreciate the ease of use and features other phones do not have. I have had my PRIV for a year and it works flawlessly and is tough as nails. However, be aware, just because a phone is advertised as "unlocked" does not mean it is compatible with your carrier. I had to return the one I purchased for my husband because Bestbuy does not carry a CMDA model for the Verizon carrier and Verizon is no longer carrying them but will support them. And the search continues......

This has good pixel and excellent clarity to view the icon style. Icons are sharp and best sound clarity forever. Blackberry proved it again.
