I never give anything 5 stars because I do not believe anything is perfect. This strap was exactly what I was looking for though. Very sturdy, very comfortable, and the simple mechanism in which this strap utilizes, is genius. I can wear this all day long and never take it off. I always found wearing other straps that were front or side facing to be cumbersome and the straps never gave a sense of security. This strap on the other hand secures in a very unique way that ensures it's safety and is out of the way if you are out on a hike or just shooting around town. I can't say enough good things about such a simple well thought out device. I have and do recommend this to any one that likes to have their camera in that "always ready" position and is looking for a superior upgrade to their stock/kit strap.

This is a great strap for a DSLR camera! I would definitely recommend this strap. Comfortable to use, and easy accessibility to camera hanging by your side - adjustable strap for comfort.

Easy to use and fits great across the shoulders. Rubber strap prevents from slippage.

This is an especially excellent camera strap. The free access and security of the strap leaves me feeling reassured. One small critique: I added a small DIY tether in the event of failure of the primary camera body connection, and wish this would have been included with the strap. Blackrapid sells a tether kit, but that was far too expensive.

The salesman recommend this strap and I am glad he did. The camera is to the side and not bouncing in front of me. Much easier to handle.

It makes carrying the camera easy and safe and getting it up into shooting position is quick. Great product

I have enjoyed using my Black Rapid Sport camera strap, particularly with heavier lenses. However, sometimes, I prefer to go with a more leightweight camera body and lens combo. For these situations I purchased the much lighter and lower profile Cross Shot strap. While the rubber part of the strap reduces slide, it is not as stable as the Sport model (with the "brad" locked). The Cross Shot is still ideal for my Nikon D750 and a smaller 50mm or 20mm lens!

I hade to keep a gand on my camera as it was swinging with my walking. I was bumped into by a woman with her scooter, after that I stopped using it. Great idea but not secure enough for me.

It feels nice on the shoulder and wont hurt even if you carry your camera all day. Good quality.

Love it. No need to drag bag with you. Purchased man strap, should've purchased the one for a women. A bit to long but still love it!

This is one of my favorite camera accessories I've ever bought. It makes it so easy to keep the camera out of the way, but quickly accessible when you need to get a shot.

Suited to a light weight camera such as a mirrorless.

This sling works great when I want to have 2 cameras ready for use. One with a short wide angle and one with a telephoto lens. It came in handy taking pictures of a parade and not having to take the time to switch lenses.

After looking at several types of DSLR straps I decided to give this one a try and I'm glad I did! It does a great job of evenly distributing the weight of the camera across your body, you hardly notice it's there. This strap is designed for heavy DSLR gear and seems to be Black Rapid's least expensive full size strap available. I'm glad I didn't go with a knock off brand and risk damaging thousands in gear! Very comfortable to wear and very well made!
