Nothing wrong with my pc. It just hasn't worked on any of my purchased DVDs and they aren't Blu-Ray. Doesn't matter what the diagnosis is as to why it didn't work, only the fact that it hasn't. Do not buy. I highly recommend 1Click DVD Copy. It's more expensive for a reason...that's because IT WORKS. Sorry CopyShare.

I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and when I installed this software, it wouldn't function with Windows 10. Tried to contact the manufacturer's "help line," but got recording telling me to contact them by email. Did so; got no reply after several days, so I returned it to Best Buy for a refund and bought a different company's product online. Problem solved.

I like the size of the iPod, great for running but a bit of a pain loading previously downloaded music to this player.

Installs with no problems. Use of the program does take some practice to get the results you want. Once you get the hang of it, same as anything else, it's very easy.

I wanted to reduce the over all bulk of my home DVD collection so I decided to convert them to a digital format so that I can save space and watch my movies on the go. It was easy to set up, very user friendly and the tech support for this product is very responsive to their customers needs.

Great software for making copies of your DVD's and movies. Can be copied to Hard Drive or you can copy it for your IPAD.

I was able to figure out how to use without to much difficulty, but needs better instructions. also would be nice if it supported more formats, in particular .mkv

Easily able to make copies of just about any DVD.. Which is great because my daugter always wants to see certain movies and videos everywhere she goes, so now i dont have to worry about losing or damaging the original. She can haves a copy of each for everywhere she goes .... Only downside is that its a bit tricky and i havent been able to copy a video from facebook like it says. There is a way (supposivly) but im still trying to figue it out.

This was an upgrade from my last software dvd cloner and works a lot better with way more features.

The software works exactly the way I hoped it would. Enjoying movies on my tablet now!

I use this program in my business and personal life. Make CD backups of my pictures, music, etc. Make CD's for use in my car stereo for music and such. Had to get up dated version for my new laptop. Have used my old software for 10+ years. great, easy to use.

This allowed me to make backup copies of movies and dowload youtube videos.

So yes the DVD ripping function works as long as there is no copy protection which is few and far between. It's slower than other software I've used in the past but it gets the job done. The internet video downloader is pretty much useless now that Google/YouTube locked itself down.

Works great converted DVD so i can use them in my IPhone and IPad alkng with my wifes Kindle

Easy to install and use. It is possible to setup a burn and turn out one copy after another. Unlike another program I tried, there was no problem playing the DVD created on my DVD player.

Works well & as stated. Not as intuitive as it could be though. If your not somewhat familiar with this process & computers a bit it could prove cumbersome. Not to the point of abandoning your intentions for purchasing, but it will take a little longer for some to master. All & all a good product though.

We had to get a video to DVD and every program we tried had some kind of glitch. I went to Best Buy and told the customer rep what I was looking for. I purchased the software 123 Copy and it was so easy to use, especially for a novice like me.
