This is a simple program, but not for a novice user. It is easy to learn the basic steps. Since no documentation is with it, there is a lapse in time to learn all the steps to setup and copy a DVD. It also makes it easy to catalog your collection.

Unhappy with the purchase. Failed to work as printed on the instructions label

May have the protential for a great product but lacks something major! Several great product ideas included if you can figure out how to save video, video clips, etc. to your computer that this software will recognize. Without that it is useless!

I recently got a new laptop with Windows 10. I wanted too a disc burner and came across this software that will copy any movie. Most of the options that I try including going to the settings causes the app to crash. Reinstalling didn't help. Waste of money.

Seems to work well gets a little slow from time to time

Since windows 10 upgrade a lot of stuff and programs changed or does not work with it, so this software works great and replaces all the old stuff and easy to use

I have used it to copy many different videos and it works great, but I actually purchased it to copy and old video from MySpace for a friend and it didn't work, overall it is a good product though.

I'm still learning how to work this software but for the most part its a great item to have.

this is an acceptable program, while for the most part many (including this) program are running narrower and narrower permissions to do things, for now this is mostly ok

This program allows me to back up all my DVD's and also convert them to android format. Easy to use, great program!

I'm making backups of my harder to find and more expensive to replace DVD's. After figuring everything out, it's been perfect.

Works well. Not much for instructions so had to look a few things up but overall it preforms as it should.

I bought this to convert video file formats. It works well as long as your desired output format is mp4 or windows media.

Very disappointed with this software. I'm currently trying to get a refund. It's very buggy. When you contact customer support, they ask you to download patches that also doesn't work. Today makes exactly 30days since I purchased this and it's still not working and I'm still going back and forth with their customer support. I would not recommend at all

This product was easy to install and very simple to understand and ooerate

You know I was told when I bought this it would do exactly what I wanted and needed it too and I can't get it to do what I needed to do at all I'm not happy with this product at all and I can't get ahold of the company to get their help because nobody's there nobody Lancer and their clothes 24 hours a day for Life chat so I don't know what to do

This program did everything it said it does and while I do not use it much i am very pleased with it. Have had no problems with its functions. The family dvds that I needed to copy had been "locked" by the company that made them for us and without this program I would not have been able to share them with other family members
