I love the way it works. Save me a lot on my water bill.

I can manually start the system which is pretty cool; however, if I set it to smart watering it says it's not scheduled to water for ten days. When I turn off smart watering and put a fixed time in it says it is scheduled to water 8 zones when I actually have 9. When I check the schedule all 9 zones are checked so this really stinks. Also, I have it set to begin at 7:00pm and it changed to 9:34pm by itself. I have contacted customer service but have received no response and the troubleshooting site does not address these problems. Also, the app does not provide nearly enough information, I can't even tell if it is using my correct location. It doesn't tell you if it is currently watering, it doesn't tell you the weather, I completed a watering schedule last night but it says there is no watering history yet. I would really like to take care of these problems right away so if someone from customer service could get back to me it would be much appreciated!

I absolutely love this device. It was so easy to get running - set up took me about 20 minutes. Since my Condo complex had the old controller a long way away from my condo and wifi wouldn't reach that far - I used the "PLC" feature that allows the device to also get online via the AC power grid - absolutely amazing - and it worked !! it didn't seem like any of the other competitive products offered this - and yet its much cheaper. The Smart watering calculates how much water to put down based on local whether data - this is definitely the future, although it is totally worth it just on the manual non smart watering alone. Great product - highly recommend!!
