Terrible phone

I was not pleased with the phone and then when I returned it, it was a 14.99 charge. I am very disappointed with the phone.

Bad product description and customer service

I went to return it I was charged $45 which to be honest I did not see at the time of purchase. I was very upset and the manager at the store did not care at all or try to upsale me!
