Looks good at the beginning when I bought the Blu G63 in February 2024, but 2 days ago it started with Screen Issues: Vertical columns with different colors, flashing, touchscreen issues( not responding when touching the screen), not responding when trying to restart the phone. Furthermore, when I tried to open the phone to review it, there was no way or instructions to do it, even on bluproducts.com, neither on the websites nor in the Manual, there is no proper information out there to show you how to deal or fix all these issues. I realized after research that the problem it could be the LCD or LCD-Digitizer.

Not a good phone at all, the OS is unreliable, i gave this brand a second chance and it still restartas and says the OS is corrupt. Was just a cheap solution for my kid. Wont buy this brand again.

Wasn't compatible with SIM card but seemed like a nice phone

the phone was not unlocked bought 2 sim cards finally called my company and they told me it was locked

So far it's a really great phone for the money, and I love the size of the screen. I do wish it was a newer Android version but this is perfectly fine. It actually runs pretty smoothly and quickly, and the battery life isn't bad at all. I love the color I got, which is a pretty pearlescent blue color. I was supposed to get the black but I'm glad I didn't! The camera is not great, just be forewarned, but it will do. I also love the fact that it has a headphone jack. As far as I can tell it does not have NFC.

The BLU G63 has been a nightmare. The WiFi constantly drops, turning itself off and on at random, making the phone utterly unreliable. To make matters worse, good luck finding a decent case – there are no options out there. This phone is a complete letdown, and I strongly advise against buying it.

Says it was compatible with Cricket but it was not they are a waste of money to buy

Its mid level. It's not it's not a bad phone for a mid-level phone blue does a good job of keeping everything in moderation

I bought this phone for my Mom a couple of months ago, it never works, it was like scammed product just loaded with mess and poor quality system, never run a line and SIM. I don’t recommend this phone and I give you Zero Star.

Bad phone, camera, low quality screen, the apps not work

Horrible! Do NOT waste your money! Samsung is giving me a full refund. AFTER 3 months of haggling Day 1 Does not respond to touch. Day 5 Returned to store for repair, 48 hours later Phone is worse! Screens turn black for no reason. And original issue still persists.

This phone is absolute trash! Do not buy. It also has $0 trade-in value at Best Buy; which is notable since that's where I bought it from. It's beyond laggy, battery is horrible, extra 4gb of (virtual) ram is beyond deceptive at best. I implore no one to buy this phone, seriously

This phone was extremely slow! The sleek look was enticing but, upon further use the hardware and apps are lacking severely.

Very poor product. Within 60 days it began to malfunction with thr screen beginning to darken and turn off periodically. Worst phone ever.

If I could give this phone a negative one star I would. When the purchase was made the phone did not have access to a speaker at all. The memory filled up even before all the apps downloaded. On the second day I returned the phone.

had too many features can't deal with. Black is only they had. For returning the service bad. I will not shop there again. No care in world. They get paid either way.

Its a basic smart phone, does what its supposed to but nothing too fancy. Has a large screen so its great for people who need that. The lack of accessories like phone cases is a bit sad but it does come with a cheap case and protector, which is handy
