Not Compatible with Verizon

They had it listed as compatible with Verizon in store. Purchased online due to the store being very busy that day. Once we tried setting it up, we realized it was not compatible with the Verizon network. However, the little bit we used it, it seemed like it would be a great phone for someone who doesn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for a new smartphone.

A phone that is not a phone

BLU should not be allowed to be sold. It breaks if one barely touches it, and small tasks like putting pictures on one’s computer do not work. The sound is so terrible that one cannot have a decent conversation with someone on the phone — isn’t that the purpose of a phone?
