Is alright blu had a few better phones but this one does the trick

for the price, I say go for it. it's not the newest tech but it works and it all I need in a phone

Make sure this phone is compatible with the plan you want to take it to. They say one thing but when you try to activate they say another thing. Check it out with the provider before you buy so no surprise.

I purchased 3 of the Blu G9 pro phones in 9/20. Once received put soft cases that came with phones on while waiting for hard cases to arrive. Within 2 days my son's phone had broke. The back looked bent and shattered and caused damage to screen. I reached out to Blu but they wouldn't replace phone since I didn't purchase warranty. I purchased another Blu G9 pro to replace this one and a warranty. Within several weeks the same thing happened to replacement phone. This time since I purchased warranty it was able to be returned and I purchased a different phone from different company. The 2nd phone of the original 3 purchased had issues with battery several months in. And the 3rd phone lasted roughly 10 months before it wouldn't charge. I didn't even contact Blu regarding 3rd phone since warranty for battery is only 6months according to Blu website. I don't recommend purchasing this phone and if you chose to be sure to purchase warranty also cause you'll need it.

The first phone had echo at the other end(another customer mentioned this but gave it 5 stars which doesn make sense). I ordered another with the hope this would go away but it did not. Also, this phone does not work with Verizon!!!!!!! The only good about this experience was the excellent service at Best Buy.

The phone started glitching out the 2nd day I had it and 3 weeks later it completely quit working. It died so I left it on the charger all night and when I tried to power it on the blu logo came on and then it powered right back down and will not turn on

Wasted money on this phone because it said it was a tracfone & I could switch the service over. That's INACCURATE! Now I have to send it back & wait for a refund when I'm desperately in need of a new phone because I'm not receiving calls on my current one. WRITE ACCURATE INFORMATION ON THE PHONE, so ppl aren't wasting their time & money!

I do not recommend this cell phone. The signal is very bad. The cell phone microphone. People do not listen to you. You do not listen to people. from one moment to another it turns off it restarts super poor quality
