This phone has so many problems it's almost humorous. It should be priced $30 maximum, not the $80 it is currently priced for. I have had $30 phones from about 7 years ago that were far better than this one. Issues with the phone: -Calls are consistently and unbelievably muffled and impossible to hear, and it cuts out too. (Meaning that this phone is not even adequate as a backup or emergency phone. I almost got stranded somewhere because I couldn't make a call. I couldn't even ever hear my voicemail messages.) -Calls always randomly hang up after a minute or so, sometimes only a few seconds. -Texts take a long time to send and receive, or just don't send at all. -GPS is very inaccurate and will sometimes just glitch out completely, thinking you are driving through houses miles away from where you actually are. -Media stops playing after a short time with the phone screen off. -Camera is bad and grainy. -Battery is weak. -The phone is very slow overall. -Can't connect to 5G WIFI. Only to 2G WIFI. -Apps don't stay open to where you left them; every time you switch apps, they reopen. This phone is basically only good enough to slowly check your email. It doesn't even work as a phone! Calling doesn't work at all, and texting is delayed and inconsistent.

Kind of slow, and camera quality is not what it says. Reminds me of a $30 walmart phone.

its the perfect phone for my daughter. she isn't really into flashy phones. she is happy with something basic and average. And be it that shes a proud member of the LGBQ community, this phone is the #1 choice among the LGBQ community for every obvious reason, its so gorgeousss batchessss!

I just wanted a cheap phone for my tween, so I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, but this phone was awful! I was laggy and slow, but the worst thing is that the camera stopped working the day after I bought it! I didn’t expect an amazing camera, but it should function as expected. Thankfully, Best Buy allowed me to exchange it for something different.

Unsatisfactory. Not enjoying the device. Had a third party interfering with the device. Came in to best buy store to fix it but no help available.

Both of my blu phones turn off at random times and then go through a boot loop where I have a hard time bringing back online. Frustrating is too weak a word to describe BLU phones. These are cheap phones and if you dont care about reliability, then try your luck. Good luck, you'll need it.

It's does everything good except the only problem that I have is when I'm calling or be called on the phone I can't hear anyone and they can't hear me either

Do not bother w/ this phone. Giant waste of money.
