Good value for price. Bought it is a tablet/phone for our 10 year old and working well(so he would stop taking our phones to talk to his friends). He seems to like it so far.

Both the Best buy website and the phone website says it works on Verizon, but it doesn't. The phone randomly resets itself several times a day.sometimes an app will just lock itself do the screen and not close, unless the phone is reset. I like the screen size and the fingerprint scanner works better than most.

Good phone i bought this for my kid and he likes a lot he use it to see YouTube and play games (Roblox and others) and hasn't had a problem whit the phone or the internet connection i would recommend it

Great prices for excellent quality phone, performance is great and it comes with accessories that you would usally have to buy with any other phone purchases.

Great phone for the price. It has decent specs and performs like you would expect. I haven’t had any issues with dropped calls or compatibility issues.

This phone works 85% of the time, which is fine for now, but I don't get half of my phone calls. The speaker is also considerably poor quality and shuts off every now and then. I personally don't think it is worth it.

I bought this phone for my sister in Haiti. I received it after2 days. I sent it in Haiti She loves it. Very easy to use but the only problem i couldn't fit the screenprotection

Very nice quality phone for the price point. Only thing is the mobile data setting are tricky for am unlocked phone . Also very durable

Cell providers have people right where they want them: In bondage to expensive phones they WANT you to buy.This is generally a nice unlocked phone-I had no probs transferring most info with my sim-but ATT sent an automatic txt to it stating that "because ATT has upgraded their network, this phone won't work". The network referred to was 3G, so I still don't get why this phone shouldn't work for all apps.. This phone is 4G, 4 GLTE-so most of the apps seem to work-except text messages and some phone calls-going-coming. Some get through, some don't. Switched settings from wifi and mobile-didn't matter. I love the people at Best Buy- I choose to do most cell business with Best Buy over my local ATT store-because ATT is always understaffed. But the hardware on this phone will not support the signals from ATT. Kind of ridiculous.

Just an average phone. The volume quality is poor.

We like this telephone because it performs similar as an iphone and the price is reasonable compared to other brands

Purchased the phone to send international to stay in communication with my grandparents. Once it was set up the phones worked great and are easy to use.

Works well didn't run on cricket but operationally speaking it was a fair priced phone and ran pretty quickly over the wi fi so I would recommend it
