    Mostly good. The inbuilt microphone didn't work but by the time I noticed I had already spent a lot of time setting it up. BestBuy staff said that Blu has poor quality control and so components often don't work.

    The phone itself is a good buy if you can use it with your carrier. I purchased the phone to replace a sprint phone and the rep told me that it would work with Sprint only to find put it does not work with sprint. I had to return it and get another phone that actually worked with sprint.

    Somebody was Dishonest !!! There was only 13gb of Memory on this device., Not 64gb..., and I'm just too old to waste my time on it!! Consider this a win in your favor & never expect anymore business from me !! Other than that I'll say no more....., to you...........
