Not compatible with all carriers

To find out that this phone is not compatible with sprint/Tmobile. Very disappointed that if once i returned the phone with in 45 days i will be out over 40% of the cost for nothing but a hassle.

Don't Buy This Phone If You Have a T-Mobile Plan!

He hasn't even used the New BLU-V81 yet. I just found out today that he won't be able to use this new BLU-V81 either, on T-Mobile's updated network as of July 1st, 2022 so I'm out $140 bucks since the return window ended on April 8th, 2022.

Missing things

It was an open box excellent condion model. It was missing everything that needed to come with it? Key to open sims slot, screen protector, case. They only thing it came with was the phone and wrong charging cord. Took it back and they gave me an unopened new phone. Just waiting for it to come in the mail today.
