Had an issue after 1 month. The speakers did not work so i couldnt hear the other person inless i put it on speker.

The worst phone ever owned it. I was not able to hear another person when someone calls, so I returned it. Also, I had to pay restocking fees, even though it was defective. Never buy a cell phone from Best Buy.

I purchased this phone for my son for Christmas and when attempting to turn off the flashlight it wouldn't turn off so when going online to figure out how to turn took off the back cover it started smoking

Phone is very glitchy. It says network is busy and drops calls. The last three phones I have had over a span of 6 years has never said network busy and I never had one dropped call in those 6 years.

The worst phone I ever owned. Do not purchase. You get what you pay for!!!! Terrible reception- incoming and outgoing, even messages come in broken up. Delay on receiving messages. Too many problems with this phone to lay them all out. DO NOT BUY.

Worst purchase ever made. Of course phone starts to malfunction just after the return purchase cutoff. And submitted to Blu for a manufacture return or resolution still waiting on a response that I believe will never happen because of the wording of the coverage qualifications under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Got this phone for emergency uses. Works fine, and just a ok phone

Terrible! Dropped it in the water for a second and the whole phone went out. You can't change the battery. Thumbs down. I didn't buy the Geek Squad insurance. I tried to return it at Best Buy and wasn't able to . Lost $150.

Phone goes dark out of no where and won’t turn on sometimes. And it’ll automatically restart once it goes black.

No star rating. We bought this phone for my kids. It worked fine one month and then it stopped working. I don’t know how bestbuy can seek such low quality stuff.

Not worth the money even dough is was cheap. It powers off on it own. It factory resets itself and you loose anythi g saved.
