Poor open box item not unlocked phone took it to get it unlocked and it didn’t work since I was overseas I could not bring it back and no receipt

Worst product. Always had call issues with phone. To add to that, support from Best Buy is also bad

This is a horrible device would not recommend this.

For the price. If you're like me and finding phone prices ridiculous, this one isn't horrible for the money. My only problem with it is, it's ability to multitask or function on a high level. I know it's capacity isn't really made to function at a high right but just seems like a downgrade when you want to have many tabs running and a few different apps at once. Yes, I actually do that constantly. As my first blu phone, it's no where near what I'm used to with a galaxy but for this price, I'll take what I can get. I can almost make it a full day of using it heavily without charging (that has a lot of variables though), so I'll just say it has a good battery life, picture quality is on par with the rest of the phone, nothing amazing but overall fine. If you aren't concerned with multitasking and want a good basic smartphone, can't really go wrong with this one. On my second one of these since I dropped the first one.... Make sure to use the provided case and screen protector.....

I bought a brand new Blu V81 phone on 01/6/2022 from BestBuy. I had to return the phone back to the manufacturer because I could not receive incoming calls. Then, the manufacturer mailed me a refurbished phone to replace my brand new phone that I just bought from the Bestbuy. I then had a lot of problems with this refurbished phone . The phone conversations were breaking up so badly that I could not carry any phone conversations with anyone at all - incoming and outgoing calls. My review on the product is way way below one (1). I suggest Bestbuy to remove this phone off the self. What good is it if you can't use this phone to place and receive calls. The caller can't hear/understand what you are saying and you can't hear/understand what the caller is saying to you. If anyone asks me "would I buy this phone again?", my answer is absolutely not!

Fairly decent only down fall is micro USB not type c phone works good for most task I like the dual sim capacity
