Phone doesn't have WiFi calling option so it's absolutely worthless for me I live in area with very little service + few bars. Absolutely a waste of mine and disgusted with best buy I asked. Latent Issues, Refusal to correct.

Best Buy refuses to allow an exchange for a working unit because it is 12 days after their "return policy". So if you need a sure thing for 14 days and 14 days ONLY, this is a great purchase.
