Well, I actually returned this product only just a few days after I purchased it. First off, it took forever to even turn the phone on. When looking at the information book on the phone, it shows the "Power On/Off" button as the WRONG button. That was minor. Once my fiance and I decided to plug the phone into the charger, we found it was COMPLETELY DEAD! After waiting about 5 minutes to check how the charge was, and to try and turn it on once again, we were SHOCKED when we felt the wall charger box that came with the phone.... It was SO HOT! You seriously could not hold the box for more than a few seconds!! I am thankful we had been so attentive to it... I honestly feel like if we'd had it plugged in much longer, we may have been dealing with a much more serious issue other than just being sent a completely junk phone. Don't waste your time...

Mom is loving this one, it is as good as an iphone for her. Great phone for the value. plus getting it brand new was such a bonus. works really great haven't had any issues since we got it.

This phone is not operable with ANY cell carriers. The day I took the phone to a store to switch out sim cards is when I found out it didn't work with Verizon. (it's suppose to be UNLOCKED) I missed the return by ONE day to take it back to Best Buy. I drove to an ATT store that said the phone does not work with their towers. Online information said the phone worked with TMobile (again the phone is suppose to be unlocked). I signed up with TMobile this Monday and can't get an decent call. The calls constantly signal out and I can't hear and people can't hear me. When I went back to TMobile is when I found out the phone is constantly searching for a signal and it's outdated. I'm stuck with this phone and the two year warranty that I paid CASH FOR now with no money to purchase another. Good Grief Best Buy!! WHY ON EARTH are you selling equipment that's not operable. You should have removed these phones from your store AND website. Aaaauuugggggggg!!!!!

According to AT&T, this phone is NOT compatible with their new network going into effect February 2022. When trying to place a call with this phone, it sends you directly to AT&T customer service, where they want you to buy a different phone that is compatible with their new network. I will be returning this phone. Thanks, BEST BUY, for the warning that this phone will not work on the AT&T network after 3 months.....
