Great phone for the price. Almost as good as my Note 9, minus the stylus.

It is a good phone, unlocked and it is useful as described.

By far the worst phone I have ever bought. Service goes in and out. I miss 90% of calls because the service is in and out. Iv called Blu and they basically said to go fxck myself. Will never buy from Blu or best buy again. Want to charge a 45 dollar restocking fee for a phone that doesn't work. Worst place to buy a phone or anything.

the phone itself I have yet to use since activating the SIM card in it. I've owned BLU phones before, one now is a 'boat anchor' because it's 3rd gen. technology but in excellent shape nonetheless. it was inexpensive but it worked albeit the battery life wasn't the best. this phone has the battery 'incorporated' into it which means it cannot be replace when it finally goes south on me. I know how to rejuvenate batteries so I would probably find a way to disconnect it perhaps to do that somewhere in the future. The store sales person couldn't be bothered with activating my SIM with the phone so I did that myself. Last phone I got from Best Buy the dude patiently did that while I was in the store so it worked immediately. Not so with this phone. As I stated I haven't used this for one single call yet because I don't gab on phone all day nor do I text. But I did try it in an area perhaps too far from cell towers and it didn't work at all. I think I'm approaching my 14 day time window to take it back to Best Buy now for something else but I'm not impressed with this phone, it's clunky, the factory screen protector (has 2 others in the box) that was on it immediately curled on the top corners when putting the phone into the protective case it came with. All in all if I could get my money back on it today I would do that.

I was hoping to return this phone but didn't get around to it in enough time was under the impression I had 30 days. The phone does a lot of black out where u have to hold down the button to turn off then turn back on. Also it freezes a lot and does not notify text right away sometimes.

Very good value for the money. Comes with bare bones android so there's no bloatware. Performance is better than expected given the specs. Screen is large and with good resolution. I gave this to my 3rd grader for games and facebook messenger with her friends.
