Suddenly stopped turning on after only 17 days of normal use. The BLU Products took days to respond to my inquiry. Apparent power cycling issue. They required me to inquire all over again to the third party who handled warranty claims and refused to process it because I could not get the IMEI number of the phone which the phone did not display as it no longer turned on, and which was not printed on the box. Meanwhile, nobody can wait so many days without a phone, I was compelled to buy another phone anyway. BestBuy's 2 weeks return time frame had just been missed by a few days either. Pure waste of about $170 including tax, and costed me more for having to deal with the problem by buying this phone. Will not trust, and will never buy BLU phones again. Also the listing shows the wrong picture of the product. The phone I received was all in black, not half black on the top and half blue on the bottom as seen in the picture.

It's a good phone except the screen doesn't let me push the phone or messaging unless I press the main menu button

Bought it for relative in Nicaragua and it works great.

I bought this phone for my mother in law. She loves the phone and used it in her daily activities. In fact, my wife also bought a similar phone for herself.

Since I bought this I have not been able to connect it. I was told to find a T-Mobile prepaid plan. Now I cannot activate it with any pre paid. Worst buy, I thought with purchasing this from Beat Buy it would work.

If you’re on a budget and need an extra phone or need a phone for any reason in my opinion this phone is worth it. When it arrives it has everything you need.

Average phone nothing to extra nonetheless. Expect to get what you paid for in terms of specifications

Bought has an open box, but it came with the wrong charging cable.

Good for a non expensive phone, easy to use for older peope and have the enough apps and capabilities than expensive phones
